Your treatment of audio levels is excellent. You use music in the video, but at a very low volume: just enough that it can be noticed, but is doesn't disturb to the narration. Also, you don't crank up the volume of the music in the moments where you don't speak, which is good. Too many RUclipsrs manipulate the music audio volume all the time and it makes for a very tiring experience. Well, apart from congratulating you on your excellent production qualities, I would also like to express my affection to your style of cooking and culinary taste. Me too, like the western Mediterranean style of cooking, which includes Southern France and Spain. Olé!

Good morning, these potatoes do look delicious. I can imagine the fragrance and flavour. It is such a straight forward dish and it can be easily done. I like how you cut the half into 3 sections, we get the same but it looks more! That spicy garlic sauce looks like a fun base to play with substitutions. Maybe something like chipotle powder instead of paprika or adding an herb to it.

Looks good Albert. I think I would probably put the potatoes back in the still-hot-but-cooling oven for a few minutes after the tossing to get them hot again (they would have had to cool down after sitting out while tossing)--probably add the parsley only after this reheating, I imagine.

No, just added them over the foil paper, since the potatoes where coated in olive oil, they won´t stick when skin side down :) much love

Hola, me encanta tu canal. Mucho. But one comment, in the US One Tablespoon = 30 ml and One Teaspoon = 5 ml. And I have no idea how many ml one tablespoon and one teaspoon are in Spain. I can't wait to try this recipe as I can't live without Pimentón de la Vera.
Actually 1 tablespoon is 15 ml, one teaspoon is 5 ml, and 3 teaspoons fit into one tablespoon :) Much love!

I cannot tell you how much I hated the taste of your smoked paprika( yes, I bought it from your site.) I had to throw the food and the paprika into the trash.
On the brighter note, I will try the rest of your recipes without the smoked paprkika.
