The part number for the seal says rear drive shaft seal. I'm assuming they're the same? I have a 208 as well and need to do the front seal. This video will definitely help!
I’m getting ready to do this on my truck, did you install the Redi sleeve only because you had that groove on the yoke? Is it kind of like a quick fix to rectify the groove?
They aren't the frugal fix they used to be, I got one like that for my balancer and it was like $40 while a new balancer was like $100. Hope it holds up well, mine has so far.
This is gonna help me a ton. Didnt know there was a repair sleeve for these yokes. Gonna save me some $$$. Thanks man!
Your welcome I'm glad it helps... thanks for watching.
What year is the truck

Thank you, I appreciate it. It took me a long time leaving figure out I could do something like that. Old school tricks.

I had a rubber o-ring on my splines, did you have that as well?
Same issue. What's the story? It's a front output yoke seal

It is not a frugal fix and I do hope it holds up well... But I wasn't able to find that part anywhere no one's producing them right now.
No rubber seal ?
You should put some atv between the speedy sleeve and shaft. If not it will still leak
Thanks that is a good recommendation
