This is exactly what I was looking for being I'm due for a rebuild myself! What a great resource, nice work!
@joeybartsch2252 Thats great, hope this helps you out. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Great video brother. Thank you for posting.
@briantroglin1831 No problem, hope it was useful. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Great video what part number is that 32 spline input shaft you used i am looking on doing the same on my np208
There is a o-ring on shift shaft and a retainer easy to get to when apart
You needed a new Annulus Bushing (2.775” OD) (NP208-62), this was bad and is why you had slop in the planetary.
Good to know, thanks for adding this comment. If I feel any vibrations from the transfer case now I'll have an idea what to look into. Thanks!
Where did you put the new thrust bearing at 14:49?
@tsimshian886 It goes on the back of the front output shaft. You can see it at 3:50 in the video. On the right hand side.
What output shaft for the prop shaft seal is that. It looks like one from a NP241
@jd8230 I found that seal on amazon. GM Genuine Parts 15661460 Transfer Case Rear Output Shaft Seal
