Thanks Jules, another great video. I did Yoga class yesterday. We do the best we can in chairs. Teacher wishes we could use mats, but not possible in small space. Plus city senior center wouldn’t buy those. We do have stretchy bands there. Amazing what Yoga and your videos can do to improve your mind and body. We found out Yoga teacher had a stroke. Most of the students are in there 80’s and can lift there legs higher than me.
Are these ok for osteoporosis and previous wedge fractures at T 6/7 which caused kyphosis 9 months ago my back really hurts and need to find relief I also have severe emphysema and theses exercises look like I’m not going to get extremely breathless
These exercises are done slowly, but it's best to find out from your specialist on what exercises you should avoid. Ideally, it would be great if you could see a physical therapist or physiotherapist to have specific exercises prescribed for you.
@@ImprovedHealthChairWorkouts thank you I did have a physio come to my house and all they told me was to sit and stand 5 times from my chair if I could 10 Leg lifts , circular movements of the ankles and squeeze my bottom in as if trying to hold something and then sit up and squeeze my shoulders together like I was holding a pencil and move around as much as I could Well to be honest I don’t feel like this is doing anything for me, I can also buy a peddler which I can do both my legs and pedal with my arms but stop if it get painful
Oh wow, okay. I assumed the person would have given you more specific exercises. All of my workouts under the gentle levels are very gentle exercises that will help with posture, mobility and flexibility. @@shazben9822
