    These comments are psychologically interesting.😁
You leave things, and people say that it's "sad".
You keep everything, and people call you a hoarder.
You state that such and such is a "_____", and you have 8,419 comments on people who love to correct each other, or be right about an item.
You grab an item, and people tell you that you should have taken something else, instead.
You don't grab an item, and people tell you that you should have grabed that item.
WTH? This is like the zero-tolerance, judgy mcjudgerston zone! :/
ANYYYYYYWAAAAY, I had fun watching you treasure hunt.🤗👍😊

You can always source a university/college where paper conservation is studied, and perhaps see if the professors would take on the painting for students to repair. A learning experience for them, a repaired paining for you that wouldn’t cost much. My 2 cents. Great finds!

Take your time doing research on Nippon Bowl ( depending on the pattern, sold on eBay for $20 to $50) , R/C Bavarian Bowl ($69 on eBay), Handpainted Tile (find the breed of the dog & put that in the listing ($20 & up), Pottery pitcher France (lots are very Expensive depending on the Maker), Elite Works France at least $10, probable more), and the Silver Gobles (VERY Expensive) .. I looked most of these items up on eBay, stuff old stuff on Etsy usually sells for quite a bit more than on eBay. DO NOT take to the Flea Market and give them away!!! You love to do research, these items and the old picture will be great for the the winter when there are fewer auctions to go to and NO flea markets. Take your time looking up the value of these items. And don't forget to check the trash at that house more often. Maybe Taco could help you take the rest of the items. See what is still there, renting a small storage unit might just pay off for a few months. Just a thought????

If you don't have the means to rescue all curbside finds (or partner w/another to do so), think about drafting a quick Craigslist post w/📸 on "free" estate stuff to alert others in neighborhood. ♻️ It gives divers & DIYers a chance to pick sometimes valuable &/or practical loot waiting for trash hauling. 😭Shame to see someone's legacy going to waste.🗑

I'm so happy that you saved that painting. The frame alone is worth a lot. There are conservators that would or could restore the painting. I would call a local museum and ask for their recommendations. Maybe even donate it to them.... I actually have done two estate clean outs and then did the estate sale.... it's an awful lot of work. My two sisters and I had a business doing that (3 sister's treasure). We realized we were just too old. We should have started when we were your age. I truly believe that God gives us each gifts and we should do everything in our power to work with those gifts. Your gift appears to be a love of history and conservatism. Follow your heart and MAKE a way to earn a living while using your gifts, I really wish I had done so..... Thanks for sharing and for letting this ole lady here try to give you some advice.

Omg! I was having a heart attack watching you hesitate on that old frame and painting and pulling out the other pieces.
Please do not take those items to the flea market. I love flea markets but we love them because people bring great items that are worth good money and are willing to sell them for cheap because they do not want them or think they are not worth much.
A flea market is one step up from a yard sale.
Please take your time, handle them as if very valuable and research these before you put them out for sale. EBay or Etsy may be the better place to sell them although packing the fragile pieces will have to be well done.
You have the eye for the old treasures. I would find a storage locker or partner with someone who has a work area to store and prep items for sale. Good luck!

Anytime you see a mountain in oriental-style works, it is usually Mt. Fuji, and thus Japanese. That dark wood to blackish wood is usually teak. If it is glossy then it is usually lacquered enamel. They can run from $15 to $35, but more depending on age, detail, etc.

You could easily get 35 to $60 for that. :-) I have one it keeps casserole is really warm because of the cast-iron it's great hey, kind of like a dutch oven but for baking or casseroles. Great finds today can't believe they threw that stuff away especially the painting was that nice frame hopefully it doesn't have too much mold or damage in the wood, and that great cast iron enameled wear. I raise worms for their castings (poop). It is amazing garden additive and I'm getting great garden results. I use shredded cardboard as part of the bedding for the worms. My first thought looking at that photo was-how could they throw out all that cardboard? One woman's trash is truly another woman's treasure!! Keep making your videos. I used to do all the sales and so forth- including garbage picking but my house overfloweth and I got too old. I have a house full of "vintage" things-all of which I use or wear. I keep making imaginary packages for you. One day I may send you something. Love your work.

The frame is worth good money!. The old label is affixed to the frame itself so the frame can be aged by the label. I say don't let your feeling bad keep you from asking! WE have a good friend who goes up and knocks on doors if he sees a car that looks like its not moved in awhile to see if they'd be interested in selling. Lots of people say no. Some say maybe and he might/might not get them interested and many people say yes. Just asking, that's all you're doing. It won't hurt anybody if they say no.
