Keep on working on it! You are amazing. Hubby and I got to ride Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey for the first time last week ... He has lost over 100 lbs. in the last 1 1/2 years. He is still a burley man, but is feeling so much better. Good luck to you.

Keep up the good work on losing weight. I used to be 320 pounds. I now weigh 210 pounds. I did start working out (high Cardio) and I completely changed the times that i eat -- including what I eat. I have dinner for breakfast (heavy meal) and breakfast for dinner (light meal). I find myself with more energy when I have a good meal in the morning. I drink water with apple cider vinegar throughout the day. I cut off soda. And at night eggs or a protein shake. My advice is to eat rich and not junky.

I’ve never been to universal Orlando but I’ve had to do the ride walk of shame at the amusement park in my state and I just really don’t want that to happen again :( your comment does make me feel better though! I really appreciate that I can make better judgements based on a real person showing us their real body proportions instead of someone just saying "I"m 5'10" and 280". I'm grateful that my youngest son can now ride this with me, but before it was retrofitted I was able to ride this waaaay more comfortably. Their lap seatbelt that goes under the lap restraint is not as roomy as the lap restraint itself. I reeeeaaallly have to readjust my body and get help with the buckle. I even got an "unfortunately with how our seatbelt systems are..." but then I said that I've ridden it before and we were able to get it buckled. The shoulder harness is now gone as well so the ride is different than this video portrays. Thank you for your videos! They are super helpful for us fluffy people. ❤

It’s been a very long time since I’ve been to a theme park due to health issues, probably at least 15 years, but the last time I went to one the seat testers didn’t exist, at least not at the parks I went to. I’ve never struggled with obesity, but once when I was around middle school age I went to a theme park with a group of friends, one of whom was struggling with obesity. I had honestly never given any though to how weight affects the ability to ride roller coasters prior to that. Our whole group was going to ride this one roller coaster, so we all waited in line and finally all got loaded onto the ride, except when everyone had to put the bar down, my friend wasn’t able to and it caused a whole commotion/spectacle, including delaying the ride take off (while everyone else was already locked into the ride). The ride attendants tried to get her bar to lock down, but weren’t able to, and so ultimately they made her get off the ride. It was such an embarrassing and difficult situation for her with the way it all happened. I can’t fathom how that must have felt to be excluded and to have it happen in such a public manner, with friends and strangers watching every second of it. I felt so badly for her. I think it’s amazing that they now have test seats for people, to try to prevent situations like what my fiend went through. It’s great that you’re able to figure it out on your own first rather than figuring it out when you’re essentially center stage boarding the ride and everyone is watching what is happening. It’s also great that you’re filming these videos to help people figure things out for themselves and be prepared even further ahead of time. Keep up the great work with your weight loss, and your channel! 😊

It was really enjoyable seeing you ride Icebreaker. I haven’t ridden any coasters in over a decade, due to being 6’5” and 400 lbs. I’ve been denied riding on Montu, Nemesis, and Fire Dragon. Kinda takes the fun out of a visit. But I lucked out on Hulk, and got a friendly op who called over a strong coworker, and they muscled me into the restraints.
You’re giving me lots of encouragement, and I hope to be riding again. I’m now at 298 lbs, and will continue downward. And I hope to see you finally fit on Iron Gwazi. That would be awesome to see.
