This is a very detailed look at everything you will need to know as a person of size -- big and/or tall, someone using a mobility device such as a scooter/ECV, walker, cane, or wheelchair, parent with a child in a stroller, or as a person with sensory concerns such as Autism and epilepsy. This video shows first hand footage of the ride and even shows how wet you will get on it -- so there's something for everyone in this video. I hope you find it useful in making the best decisions for your family at SeaWorld.
SeaWorld invited me visit the park in February 2020 so I could review the rides for plus size / fat folks and share information with visitors who have accessibility, mobility and sensory concerns.
Thank you to SeaWorld for providing the tickets free of charge -- if you use this link to shop for your tickets online you will find prices cheaper than when you purchase in person - also a small commission will come to the Pammie Plus Parks channel to help make more videos like this one.
    www.anrdoezrs....
Thank you also to the Patreon supporters who paid for fuel for the drive to/from the park, parking, locker rental, food and drink for this trip -- making it possible for me to spend a full day vlogging all the best things SeaWorld has to offer.

Yay a SeaWorld video! My husband and I adore your content. As plus size individuals (and my husband being very tall) these videos are a godsend. We have held off going to SeaWorld because there wasn't a Pammie review of the rides. Your information is so in depth and puts our minds at ease about fitting on the rides. Can't wait for the next one!

I’m on the Spectrum, too. I really wish Disney would have those kinds of signs. Had I known, I never would’ve ridden Dinosaur back in 2005. I rode it once and will never do it again. It’s so loud I couldn’t hear myself scream. 😱😢

Thank you, Leslie. I really enjoyed my day at SeaWorld. It was great to visit again after more than 2 decades. I saw they made many improvements to safeguard the safety and wellbeing of the animals and the park is an endorsed Autism Center -- they go out of their way to ensure people of many kinds of abilities can enjoy as much as possible during their visit.

I rode that the other day. It had been years since the last time. I find the music the most entertaining, makes you feel silly, lol. On that second drop after the big one I hit my leg on the restraints, so it was a little excessively bumping with there being a small party on the boat. Great video. Such great information.

Thank you so much! I try to pick up all the details you don't see in other videos. It's nice to see people having fun on rides but actually knowing what to expect for people of all sizes and abilities helps you decide if a ride will work for you and your travel companions. It's nice to feel prepared. I hope I am able to help with that.

Hey Pammie!! Good to see a video from you this morning! 💖😃 Thanks for the review. Unfortunately, I don’t think I would be able to ride it. My knees, thighs, and calves are much larger than yours. That U-bar probably wouldn’t fit both of my legs. But I’m usually not one for wet rides anyway. I don’t mind my hair and top getting wet, but I cannot stand walking around the park with wet pants and shoes. 👎🏻

It's something I have kept quiet about because I'm an adult who is very experienced with navigating the world as a HFA -- I thought maybe my voice didn't really count, especially for parents looking for information for children. But -- as it turns out people seem to find my perspective helpful. I am really glad about that. It means a lot to think I am helping others make the most of their travels and I hope having people see a HFA in action makes them see autistics in a different light too.

    • @PammiePlusParks

Spirit Jersey's go up to a unisex XXL. I normally wear a 4x or 5x in women's or a men's 3x or 4x and I am able to get the XXL Spirit Jersey on my body. The sleeves are massively long and baggy but it is snug in the chest and hips. It fits but it does not have the loose all over fit that it is supposed to have and does not look good. I suspect that if it did come in my size and was baggy all over it would look really sloppy on my figure. I am not personally a fan of the shirts on my body. Not a fan of the fit.

There are times when I go alone and there are times when I am with family and friends. Not all my loved ones want to be seen in videos so you don't always see who I am with. If you are wondering if it is safe to go to the parks alone as a female -- yes it is. If you want to know if it feels strange to go solo -- it might on the first day of your trip but then you realize there are tons of other solo people in the parks every day -- Annual Passholders, off duty Cast Members, business people on conference trips spending downtime in the parks, etc.
