    I’m a Pilates teacher and sometimes you just want to be lead into a quick workout with someone else teaching. Thank you for being my “someone else” today. Great class, I’ll be back soon 🙏🏾

    This was the best pilates/aeropilates beginner workout I've found. I felt the burn. I really like the pace and the guidance on which cords to use.

    Please continue to make more of these- i am new to pilates and the pace you are going at is easy to follow and encouraging. But I need a stand to make it easier to get on and off.

      Will do Diane! So glad they are helpful to you! And yes, the stand is worth it!

    Nice instruction and pace. The one thing I wish I knew was what muscle each excersie is targeting. Thanks for the viedo!

    Something I also added for more cushion on the foot bar was an insulation noodle that goes around your pipes. My feet feel much better with this addition.

    Hi Christian. I love the way you teach and enjoyed your class. I have one question. I was wondering why you don't do the same number of reps for each exercise. Thank you again for this video. I appreciated your hard work.

    • @pilateswithchristin
      @pilateswithchristin  5 месяцев назад +1

      Thank you for watching! I'm so glad you enjoyed this workout. Repetitions in Pilates are usually 5-10. There's no reason you can't do the same number of reps for every exercise. The only reason they vary is so that you can accomplish more exercises in your workout time.

    Hi there, I have the oldest version of used aeropilates. I don’t really know how long should the hand straps suppose to be so I don’t really know if I’m using the right resistance.

    • @pilateswithchristin
      @pilateswithchristin  2 года назад +1

      Hi Ingrid!
      Ideally you want your arms to be close to 90 degrees straight to the ceiling and be at the tension of your straps without stretching the cords. If they are a little bit forward of 90 degrees that's okay, but make sure they aren't any shorter or the tension can hurt your shoulders. Hope that helps!

      Hi Lisa,
      3-4 springs for footwork, running, pelvic lift
      1 spring for arm work
      2 springs for everything else
      Hope that helps!
