So glad I found you. I am using my aero for the first time in years. I’m 74 and feel so confident to be doing Pilates again after watching you. You make it so do able, can’t thank you enough.
Yea!! I am so glad you are feeling confident to begin your AeroPilates journey. This machine has helped me so much and I am excited about what it can do for you too!! I hope you love getting back into using this machine. I can't say enough good about it and am so happy that you are beginning again. :)
This was extremely helpful. I totally agree that the "beginner" workouts aren't truly beginner. I've even worked out in a studio but after taking a break due to cost I found a reformer on Facebook marketplace and it's been tough to find videos that really meet my needs. So thank you for this!
I thought when you mentioned your mother’s age I might mention mine, 82, been using the machine for 10-11 years and years of Pilates mat work before that. I use my Apple watch in activity/Pilates to monitor heart and keep track of the time. I do do the exercises in forms shown on various sites, DVD (though I no longer have anything to play a DVD LOL) and legs in straps-in fact have ordered the double straps for my older machine because I’m replacing the straps with the foam handles which I’ve replaced twice. I truly believe Pilates is something we can do all our lives.
Thank you so much for taking the time to comment and share your story. You are inspiring! That is exactly what I am hoping...that my Mom and I can do this the rest of our lives. I am glad that you were able to get a pilates reformer. They are so amazing for joints and muscles as we age or recover from injuries. Again, I appreciate your story! Keep enjoying your AeroPilates. :)
That’s inspiring! I really need to start Pilates. My mother had debilitating Arthritis with her joints getting distorted since she was 27. She could never exercise because of her pain. When she fell down and broke her hips. I realized how important it is to keep our muscles strong for when we get older. I’m 57 and barely starting to think about exercise. But I tell myself better now than never. And your story inspired me to do it .
I've been at the point of selling my aero because I just found it too hard. I have CFS and fibromyalgia so very limited energy. Thankfully I stumbled across your video which accounts for us non standard exercise beings. You've inspired me to set it up and really limit myself to 5 counts on the movements and also not even try to do the whole work out. Thank you for sharing.
That is wonderful! I definitely think the AeroPilates can be tailored for gals that have restrictions like us. There is hope! 😊 You are so welcome! Thank you for taking the time to share part of your story with me. 💜
Everyone I know with CFS and fibromyalgia is positive for Lyme disease. Most never see the tick that gave it to them. Use your reformer. I started with mine and have less pain and more energy. I love this machine and workout.
@@hiannahgus574 Thank you so much for sharing with everyone. That is an interesting connection between Lyme disease and CFS/Fibromyalgia. It is hard to understand the damage done by one little tick. Isn't that true!! It can be so different for me (and others like me) because we have limitations that are not obvious to fit people. Although, with this machine, I am sure we will all get more and more fit in time. Thank you for your comment! Have a wonderful week. :)
Thank you so much for this! I have atrophy in my whole body because I have a autoimmune disorder which blistered the skin on my body, hands and bottoms of my feet. Thank you, so much, for taking the time to comment. I hope you continue to use and enjoy your pilates reformer...there are so many benefits!! :)
This is so great. Thanks for helping those of us who have underlying issues. I have hip bursitis, gluteus tendinopathy, SI joint disfunction and periformis syndrome, all of which are connected. I had a pilates reformer many years ago but then sold it and recently purchased a used one. I only wish I would have kept it up as I am sure I would not be dealing with all the issues I have today. My issues have been going on for over a year. The pain has affected every aspect of my life. I am totally dedicated to doing these exercises every day as I believe it will transform my health. I just need to take it slow and I am very grateful to have found your you tube channel.
Well, the AeroPilates reformer is perfect for you! Of course, make sure your doctor approves, but this machine was built for rehabilitation. I feel the same way, I am just getting back into using mine, and I wish I had been using it all the time. But, I am glad that you and I are getting back to letting the reformer take care of us. I hope you are loving your AeroPilates and feeling better and stronger with each day. :)
I definitely hope so! The AeroPilates reformer has helped so many. Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment. I hope you are using and loving your AeroPilates. :)

Thank you very much for this. I sprained my knee and it is very unstable, and I knew I needed to strengthen the hams and quads. I found your video, dusted off the Aeropilates reformer, and got started with you. Yes, it hurt, and I felt achey all over, but I'm sticking with this routine until Im strong again.Thank you!
That is amazing! I love hearing when people get back to their AeroPilates because it is such a wonderful machine. I am so inspired that you didn't give up and decided to work with your knee. How are you doing now? I know what you are talking about, and now, me knee injury is a faint memory. I hope the same for you. :)
This is perfect! Thank you! It’s crazy when you start a beginner video and it jumps into something like short or long spine all the sudden, I can’t even get myself flipped up yet! Looking forward to more videos from you!
Yes! Those were our same experiences too. The pause button was incredibly overused when my Mom and I worked out, and even still, as you mentioned, how can a true beginner do something like short spine? I'm so glad that this video was helpful. 😊
I love your videos! I just received my aeropilates 610 with reformer. It is out of the box but not put together It looks so intimidating. Gonna give it a try
@@peggyadlonlevine502 The 610 is such a beautiful model! Were you able to get it together? It is mind over matter, you can do it! I wish I could help with that one, but I know you can do it. This is great. I’m so glad I found you. Thanks so much. I’m restarting after 5 year break and a big weight loss. I haven’t yet watched your other videos yet, but if you haven’t done so, would you please show all the components you have? You seem to have things I don’t have. Thanks.
Thank you, so much, for taking the time to comment! It is an inspiration that you are restarting after a break. It takes a lot to start again, but it is so worth it! I do have a few extra accessories (that I will try to show in a future video), but to be honest, I don't use the extras as much as the main machine. They can add some fun variety, but I love my standard workouts too. If you are looking to add a few things, I have a video, but will do a more thorough one someday soon (I hope). :) ruclips.net/video/Kpf0COt0T94/видео.html&ab_channel=EverythingAeroPilates It is really great to hear from you. I hope your new start is going well and that you are loving it! :)
This is so awesome! I am new to Pilates and love it so much. I take classes but also own a reformer. I also suffer from fibromyalgia and Pilates has been the best exercise for my condition. Thank you so much for making these approachable videos.
I am so happy to hear how reformer exercises are helping with you. I am in love with Pilates and especially reformer Pilates. Thank you for taking the time to make your thoughtful comment. I hope you continue to benefit from Pilates workouts. :)
Thank you for the comment! I appreciate your words. I am sorry to hear about the stand. I know it's been hard for Stamina to keep their models in stock as well. I hope they get some in sooner than expected. You may be able to find a stand locally (on FB market or Craigslist). And every now and then they show up on eBay. I know it must be disappointing to have to wait. I can assure you though, that it is well worth the wait. But I do hope you can find one sooner. By the way, I love your model! It's my all-time favorite. 😊
I know exactly what you mean! I love how this machine makes it feel doable, relaxing, and fun. I am so excited that you purchased an AeroPilates! It has changed my life and I can't wait to hear how you feel after using it for a while (and then how you look-I was really surprised how quickly it helped my body change). Enjoy your machine! Please let me know if you have any questions. :)
Love watching your videos! I have had chronic lower back pain for 6 years (issues with my SIJ) and unfortunately I have weak glutes and quads and my IT band is tight causing aching consistently in my outer thighs. I am picking up the 435 model on Monday and your videos are going to be great for me as I have been unable to do any exercise for years. I'm keeping everything crossed that it eventually helps with my pain.
Were you able to get your AeroPilates? The 435 is a wonderful model! I hope that you have been able to use your AeroPilates and that your pain is easing. Life becomes a bit harder when in constant pain. If you stick with general workouts, your back should be strengthening. I hope that you are loving your AeroPilates experience. :)
Thank you so much for these, I am 70 and classed as obese, I have managed to work through all the way with you although the last exercise needs a little practice. I couldn’t get passed the warm up on my video level 1. Now I can work up to it x
You are so welcome! I am just starting to use my AeroPilates again, and I need this slower pace still too. Enjoy the benefits of using your AeroPilates. :)
Thanks so much for this video. Im looking to buy a Pilates machine I watched to see what beginners do on this machine. I have no core whatsoever and my stomach gets in the way to do exercises. All the videos I saw for beginners were so hard I was like oh I can’t do that. Forget it I’m not getting the machine. Then I saw your video and even though it will still be hard for me, it made me feel that doing the exercises you did is attainable. 🤗🤗
Yes! You can use and love your pilates machine. If I can do it, you can do it! And I truly think you will love how you look and FEEL after using this. It is a game changer. Let me know if you have any questions once you get your machine.
Thank you so much for this work out. Could you comment on how often one should do workout #1 before heading on to number 2? I know everyone is different...just generally speaking?
You are too sweet! I am renewing my personal trainer certification now so that I can create more videos in the next month or so. I hope you are enjoying your AeroPilates in the meantime! Have a great weekend. :)
Thank you so much for this workout! Finally a beginner workout I really enjoy! I know doing this on a regular basis will prepare me for your other workouts! Thanks again!
I was wondering why I couldn't keep up with you, then I noticed when you sat against the shoulder pads your ankles hung off the end, when I do that, my knees hang off the end (I sat with my legs crossed), so by the time I have fully extended my legs and returned to starting position, you're two down. Thank goodness for the pause button.
That is so funny! I am glad you figured that out. I never considered that. I would love a couple of inches of your height-haha. If you can cross your legs, you are doing well! Thank you for bringing that to my attention for future videos. I hope that you are loving your AeroPIlates. :)
This is a great question! When I workout at my Mom's, I have a floor model that is not on a stand. When we do this modification, I still straddle the machine but my feet are out to the side on the floor. They still drag a bit back. It is very similar to the video, just my legs drag a bit too. It actually provides a deeper stretch that way, so you will get more stretched and flexible in time (in this case) than if you had the stand for this modification. Please let me know if that doesn't make sense or won't work for you and I can figure something else out. Thank you for your encouraging comments. Have a wonderful week. :)
Thank you for your videos. I bought te aeropilates but I have no idea how to start. You are so good explaining the workout. I want to follow your videos do you have day by day workouts. How many times do youd do the same workout?
I am glad these videos were helpful! I have a handful of workouts on this channel and hope to be able to film new ones after our move. Your idea of a day to day workout is what I hope to achieve soon. Personally, I do the same workout 2 times a week and then switch it up for my 3rd or 4th workouts for the week. Sometimes, I add another move or two before cooling down, just to mix it up. I hope that you are using and loving your AeroPilates! :)
Thank You! ❤️ I adore you and your thoughtful articulate video’s. Your pace is perfect, and attention to detail is remarkable! Your motivating, and relatable! Also-thanks for filming the workout in a way that I can actually see what is going on up close! I almost sold my reformer, because I could not find a video that answered all my questions- that includes the video it came with- sorry but they could have done a much better job! As for workouts on RUclips - beginner video’s were all so fast that, that it felt like I was never going to get it. Most of the reformers were not Aero making the learning curve even worse! I was upset that I had invested in a reformer that I would never be able to use. I also did not understand why Aero was so limited (workout and instructional videos). I even tried to find an instructor to come to my home -but COVID hit and sadly even now many instructors have moved on. I am slowly recovering and getting back in shape, thanks to you. Please keep making these videos, and I will continue to support you! At last .. someone who gets the average consumer and delivers! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I am so glad that you did not sell your reformer! It is admirable how much you looked around for workouts and instructors before thinking about selling it. It can be hard work to find a workout that works for us. How are you liking it now? I hope you have been loving it. It is such a wonderful piece of equipment! Your comment was so encouraging. I appreciate you taking the time to make it. I have been practicing my video editing, so hopefully my new videos will be a bit smoother. Thank you for your support! :)
That is a great question! You can add a stand/risers, but it will be harder to fold the machine for storage. If you are leaving the machine rolled out, it is a great option. If you have to fold the machine up every day, it is a little tricky as you will need someone to help you take the machine off the stand, take apart the stand (pretty easy to do), and then fold the machine and store it all away. I hope that makes sense. The stands are actually made for the folding machines only, but are usually sold separately. Please let me know if you have any other questions, like which size you will need... I hope you are loving your AeroPilates. :)
i was wondering the same thing, mine doesn’t have a stand, but i would like one! and i just want to say i’m so happy i found this video! i look forward to watching more!
I want to order a Pilates machine but I’m confused. Do I have to buy the stand seperate and do I have to buy the bar for the feet separately? Anybody know?
Great questions! The stand comes with only a few models (that I will link below), but most come without a stand. The foot bar will come with ALL machines, but the trampoline does not come with all models (the description should make clear what comes with the machine). If you are buying from HSN (a great way to be able to make payments AND they don't charge interest), you will need the stand separately. Here are the ones on Amazon that include the stand... please let me know if you have any more questions. I'm so excited for you to get an Aeropilates!
I apologize for the delayed response. Yes, the machines can get squeaky. You can clean and oil the rails and that should help. If not, you may need to wipe down the wheels. These machines need slight maintenance and then should work beautifully.
So glad I found you. I am using my aero for the first time in years. I’m 74 and feel so confident to be doing Pilates again after watching you. You make it so do able, can’t thank you enough.

@@peggyadlonlevine502 The 610 is such a beautiful model! Were you able to get it together? It is mind over matter, you can do it! I wish I could help with that one, but I know you can do it. Once it is together, you will love having the AeroPilates available whenever you want to jump on it! Let us know how it is going. :)
This is great. I’m so glad I found you. Thanks so much. I’m restarting after 5 year break and a big weight loss. I really appreciate you doing this for us real people with aches, pains, and less mobility.

It is really great to hear from you. I hope your new start is going well and that you are loving it! :)
Thank you for these videos, truly. I’m brand new to aeropilates and your channel has been immensely helpful. You are a treasure!
Awww, thank you for the thoughtful and encouraging comment! I hope that you are using and loving your AeroPilates! :)
Glad to find you 🙌 I was going to sell mine as I was a bit overwhelmed
This is so awesome! I am new to Pilates and love it so much. I take classes but also own a reformer. I also suffer from fibromyalgia and Pilates has been the best exercise for my condition. Thank you so much for making these approachable videos.
I am so happy to hear how reformer exercises are helping with you. I am in love with Pilates and especially reformer Pilates. Thank you for taking the time to make your thoughtful comment. I hope you continue to benefit from Pilates workouts. :)
Great workout! Thank you, I wish I could find a stand. I have this model and Stamina told me the stand will not be back until June 2021.
Thank you so much! I hate to exercise and my body shows it so I bought one of these. I really enjoy it and your videos keep me going!!
This is great thank you. I’d like to let people know that you breath out during the work portion of the movement
@@everythingaeropilates thank you for responding, every little we achieve will have its benefits. Will you make more videos?
@@everythingaeropilates thank you!!!
Thank you so much for this work out. Could you comment on how often one should do workout #1 before heading on to number 2? I know everyone is different...just generally speaking?
I so wish you would do more videos. I adore your workout routines!
Yay! I am so glad that this is working for you. I hope that you are loving the results of working out on a pilates reformer. :)
Thank you for such a great video! How would you modify your stomach massage if you don’t have a stand and can’t dangle feet?
This is a great question! When I workout at my Mom's, I have a floor model that is not on a stand. When we do this modification, I still straddle the machine but my feet are out to the side on the floor. They still drag a bit back. It is very similar to the video, just my legs drag a bit too. It actually provides a deeper stretch that way, so you will get more stretched and flexible in time (in this case) than if you had the stand for this modification.
Please let me know if that doesn't make sense or won't work for you and I can figure something else out. Thank you for your encouraging comments. Have a wonderful week. :)
So amazing thank you
Thank you for taking the time to comment. I truly appreciate it.
I really would like to have this machine
Thank You! ❤️
I adore you and your thoughtful articulate video’s.
I even tried to find an instructor to come to
my home -but COVID hit and sadly even now many instructors have moved on.
love it! i want to take pilates but is over 350 per month. i can't afford it. what reformer is this?
My machine is on the ground, no platform risers. Can we add them to the “folding” aero Pilates machine?
@@everythingaeropilates thank you for your response! I’m excited to get started with your videos!
I just bought a Aero Pilates board mounted on a wooden table from a neighbor. ITs sounds so loud. Is that normal? I don’t hear yours squeaking at all.
I apologize for the delayed response. Yes, the machines can get squeaky. You can clean and oil the rails and that should help. If not, you may need to wipe down the wheels. These machines need slight maintenance and then should work beautifully.
Great Video, one problem though you speak so quickly I find it hard to keep up with you or understand.
