Thanks for sharing!!
Your make up looks so organized behind you. You should do a video on how you organize your make up.!!!
I wish it was more so!
I also use the Elizabeth Mott Thank Me Later primer and it is definitely worth purchasing this product! I am able to use the recommended amount to cover the amount of SPF needed and it looks perfect everytime!
Wonderful! I'm so glad you shared.
Some great products. The Cetaphil sounds terrific. And the SPF is a plus. This was terrific, Melissa and I really enjoyed it. Take care ad sending you much love!
Thanks so much my friend 💗

Welcome back! And thank you my dear.
Cetaphil is my favorite! I use it every morning. My skin feels soft after use, and it does hold onto my foundation.
It's so good Laura. Thanks for sharing your experience.

I got the revlon primer in February on your recommendation and I LOVE it! I found it a bit drying at first but now that we’re in the warmer months it keeps my makeup looking matte and smooth on my oily/combo skin!
I'm so glad Catherine!

I do like thae NYX Marshmallow primer. I am using a Tula primer now, and it’s okay. Was thinking of going back to the NYX Marshmallow when I’m finished, but just put the Cetaphil in my cart!
I think you'll really like it. At least I do! Lol
Looking fabulous Melissa. Love from London ❤️❤️
Thank you so much Elaine!
Awesome review :). My best primer is soopergoop unseen sunscreen. Blurs, perfect, velvet feel & dont dry my skin. Sunscreen & primer all in one. Pretty pricey but worth it. Its Also cruelty :)
Thanks for sharing Mia! I agree, it's a great product!
Love your blog! And your Info
What blog?
Thank you Myra.
Ivthink she just means the channel.
I love your hair
Thank you Louise.
Hi Melissa, hope today is a great day for you and you look so nice. I did check the pants out and thought they were long but next time. These primers look so very interesting to me and I am happy to know about them. Thank you so very much for showing us these products. I enjoyed the video and please take care my friend and we love you too Melissa.🥰❤💙🧡💗💜💜💜🌹🥀🌺💐
Hi Alice. The pants also come in a few that are Bermuda shorts. I just got a pair. I'm 5'7" and they come right above my knee. Not sure if they'd work for you.🤔
I was telling a gal on a diff video about your makeup bag that folds out like the CT one. I hope she can find yours. Have a beautiful week! I have pores all around above my top lip! My pores are very big & nothing helps so I just stopped wearing foundation. I got the TirTir foundation but haven't tried it yet but love the skincare from them I got a while back. Have a great week! 🤠
I'm interested in hearing your thoughts on the foundation Kat.
@@MrsMelissaM I will let y'all know when I try it!
Hi Melissa, l love the Cetaphil sun screen and their other products, l also love the Mashmello primer too, l have them all, you look Beautiful today, hugsssss ❤❤❤
Thanks for sharing Jane!!
@MrsMelissaM YES, l picked up way to much cosmetics this past weekend, because it was my 65 Birthday 🎂, l had a amazing time with all my family and friends, my son Jake is a professional chef, and he came over yesterday, and cooked me my favorite Italian food, it was so good, hugssss 🎂♥️♥️
Thank you Melissa. Looking for a good primer. I think I’ll try the Cetaphil.❤
I just live the way it is under my foundation.
Definitely prefer the catrice skin perfector over the Elf too cause I never liked the way my skin felt with the Elf just more heavy and even tin man like haha
I have a lot of texture, and am more oily. Most of these don't work for me too well. Elf's poreless liquid primer is nice.
Thanks for sharing Mel!! You might love that Revlon one I mentioned.
Good morning Melissa❤
Hi there Jeannie
i recently started to like the elf primers. i have dry skin and 55 yo lines. i haven't tried these yet though
I love the Putty primers.
Thank you so much for the video. I would appreciate if you would share whether these are silicone or non-silicone primers as I’m not able to use silicone thank you.
The last one from Cetaphil is the only one without silicone
You look beautiful!! 🙂
Greetings Melissa! Oh wow, I am so impressed with all of them that I don't know which one to try. By the way, I am super fair and I am looking for a pink toned light foundation or powder. Maybe even a very pale blush... I kind of don't know where to begin. Any suggestions? You are looking so fit and thin, what have you been doing? Awesome! Love you♥️😊
Hi Jean. Maybe try a super light powder foundation? I know that L'oreal has their's that's color is porcelain. I wondered if it's light enough.

@@MrsMelissaM Thank you Melissa 😊♥️
Thank you
I really have been wanting to try the Cover Girl that you showed but I still have a hard candy perfecting primer left which I do really like but when that's gone I'm going to give the Covergirl a try. I don't like so much glow to my skin even though I'm 62 my skin is still pretty good and I just don't like all the doing this that I did like even last year I guess it's a woman's prerogative to change her mind LOL
It absolutely is!
You put Tatcha in your description box - it's definitely not drug store! 😉
Nope, but I mentioned it & thought I better list it or someone would inevitably ask me.
You look beautiful
Thank you 😊
Yes she does literally aging backwards it’s crazy !
You're so kind! Thank you!
During the summer, my go to foundation is a tinted moisturizer and a make-up setter. So my question, primer under a tinted moisturizer?
Hmmm? Great question. I would think you'd need both, unless you're feeling like it's not staying all day Jackie.
Got to get to a drug store or Walmart for that cetaphil
I follow you religiously, comment frequently, and I'm sorry that my questions may be random today... I am looking for two tall cabinets and two tall sets of drawers for my makeup and skincare that will look nice in my dressing room. I LOVE YOUR S! PLEASE, can you share links/ info about yours? I have the smaller storage down pat. However, I need drawers and cabinets for all my beloved skincare and palettes! Also, I hate leaving my stuff exposed to dust! I AM A CLEAN FREAK.
I would like to know what you would do for the crinkly skin under the tear troughs of my eyes. I use great skincare, and I want to delve into Korean lines. That area is one of 2 very difficult areas that will require my immediate attention as it suddenly seems to have gotten WORSE.
Last but not least, as a dry skin (I used to be oily.) I struggle getting super hydrating eyecrems that won't cause milia. Help? Pretty please!😊
Hi there. First the drawers. They're from Hobby Lobby. Here's the link.
go.magik.ly/ml/237nh/
Second about the crinkly eye area. I'll link an eye cream from DRMTLGY that I absolutely love. But let me tell you that because I was worried about getting things in my eyes, I wasn't paying good enough attention to where I was placing my cream. So make sure your really patting your cream directly onto that specific area & around it.
amzn.to/3KPxHkH
Next, dry skin. This can be such a tough one.
I use an essence in the middle of my skincare routine, for extra hydration. It might seem weird to apply such a watery product, but believe me, it works wonders.
howl.me/cmuDpMNTiS2
Also, they have an eye cream that I swear by for hydrating on top of the DRMTLGY, but it's out of stock currently.
Lastly, thank you so much for trusting me & letting me help. It means so much truly ❤️
Thank you, Melissa, for the links and info. I used to be a pro MUA for several different Prestige French companies over my career of almost 40 years. (I started with Revlon, age 15, I looked 18 AND LOL, there truly wasn't a way to verify back then.) Due to scary serious Stage IV breast cancer, I was forced to give it all up at age 54!.(This is why I understand your health issues. The battle is REAL.) I eventually became a filmmaker utilizing my visual perception to help me take a shot in the dark with my first film project, A Garden Of Thorns.😅 After a lifetime in beauty at the high end, I discovered that " aging" is certainly NOT for the faint of heart! My skin, which used to be pretty perfect, today, well, let's just say it has taken a severe beating from chemotherapy and radiation! My eyes have no wrinkles until my tear troughs. There, I am ALL crinkled and lost the supporting fat pads, so I always look worn out. With a full face of skincare and makeup, I used to look like 40. Now, I always exhausted due to my undereye area. When I was young, I though cosmetic surgery would be the answer when I reached this time of life. However, after what I have been through already, I am NOT a very good candidate for most procedures. So I guess I have to live with what I've got!😢 Anyway, your sincerity and kindness make me feel you are completely trustworthy! I watch you like a 'sister from another mister' because you are candid and honest!
I was going to try drmtlgy anyway; the correcteur went viral on social media. I will also follow up with your advice on the eyecream and more.
Thanks for the link to the chest of drawers, too. I think they will help me put all my stuff away, organized. Next project, skincare! I need to try your suggestions, & I will! Thank you so much ❣️❣️❣️
Ty
Curious as to why not all the products mentioned weren’t linked
Hi Beth, which one did I miss? Let me know...
Is there actually enough spf put on? I usually use a full teaspoon of 50 for my face!😂
50 is the gold standard for most Lisa. You're right.
@@MrsMelissaM I better start signing off with my name!!!! XO ~lori
@latherandlace sorry. I know your Lori. My fingers get ahead of my brain & autocorrect
@@MrsMelissaM I'm giving you a hard time, beautiful!
Have you done a video on how you lost the weight? I am struggling with losing weight and would love to find out what was successful for you. Thanks!
Yes I have. I had weight loss surgery & then skin removal. After 4 years I developed a blood clot in my liver that keeps me from eating much. It's not related to the surgery at all. They can't figure it out. But I'll link those videos for you.

My skin is really dry, except the cheeks
You definitely need a hydrating Primer. Cetaphil or Milani will be good.
Did you get sick on the meds that got you skinny?
Girl - you are looking so thin - in a good way.
Hi Melissa, I’ve been using the Elizabeth Mott eye primer, and love it. I may need to try the face primer too. So many to choose from ! Thanks so much. 💜 You never steer us wrong. 🪻🌼🌺
I'm glad you enjoyed the video Debbie.
Love these primers. Looks like I use a few of these. Thanks for doing this video. Keep smiling and looking young. ❤
Thank you! You too!
