Definite cop! I just got back from cruising and just having a sling to carry the most important stuff without having to empty your pockets at each port works like a charm!

Thanks. It’s a very nice review. Bought the PD 3L, but for the 6L, I bought the Instinct pro camera sling 6l X-Pac version, which is really well-built and I love the touch of the waterproof X-Pac fabric.

The 3Litre looks great. I was looking for a day bag for my X100V + keys, wallet, phone, USB power pack and a couple of USB cables. I reckon this is perfect.

We got the 6L after watching the peak design RUclips channel and they showed a setup to carry the Nintendo Switch and that will be perfect for the kids for when we travel on the train of plane. I got the 3L for myself just to carry small items and use it as my everyday sling.. Great video just found your channel today.
I was just saying it'll be great if they come up with a slightly larger 5L sling bag version!
Love the 3L... everyday bag and I have a ton of bags ranging from various alpaka bags to cheaper ones. The quality and flow of how it wears on you is awesome. Looking for 6L to fit mini 2
I’m think of getting this 3L peak design. But I’m contemplating the Alpaka atom x sling. I don’t carry cameras so the peak might be more for people with camera gear. I like the strap setup for the peak looks really easy to flip from front to back. The 3L looks puffy not sure how that would against your back.
@@Paa375as someone who is also not carrying a camera and just using for edc, I can confidently say they’re not just for cameras. The dividers are amazing just for compartmentalizing the interior
I've been torn between the 3l and 6l now for a while . This definitely made my decision a whole lot easier.
What did you go with?
In 3L, I have a small mirrorless Fujifilm X-E4 with zoom lens mounted plus two prime lens, pretty much all I would need to carry around in a sling bag.

How do you find the storage in the Bellroy Sling vs the 3L? I'm using the Bellroy Sling to hold my Sony a7iii (with an L bracket) + 35mm f1.8. Gets a bit tough putting stuff in the main compartment when I have the camera in. Eyeing the 6L as it looks nice for size, but a bit tall, while the 3L seems good for just carrying a camera and bare essentials

Park's finest bbq and kali martial arts! dope gear brother! I'm debating whether to go for an everyday backpack or sling. I'll be rocking a kinda big parka/down as it's going to be crazy cold in Korea this december. Do you think it'll still be comfortable? or best to get a backpack? - Have a xh1 with battery grip/ leica m6, as the bulkiest things.

For one that doubles up as well as a regular everyday carry when not bringing camera stuff which will you suggest more, 3 or 6l?

In grey for a while and love that also so kinda stuck between the two now. One thing about the 5l is that I struggle to fit my iPad Pro 10”
with the Logi Create Keyboard case. Do you know if I would be able to fit my iPad with the case in the new 6l? It is thicker profile than the Apple keyboard cover. Thank you

Its new design but for the function I don’t see much has changed. If the old 5L is cheaper does it still worth to get the new 6L?
I see the 3L is mostly for small gears like action camera, smart phone lenses. If I have just a small 4/3 Olympus mirrorless PenF plus 2 tiny prime lenses for everyday family shooting will the 3L be enough?

Saw that you are using a GH5 on the 6L. Think the 3L might be good for a G7 with a 25mm f/1.7, Oly 17mm f/1.8 and maybe the kit 45-150?

Great video, thanks! There’s problem with the surui Lens clip link above - but my real interest is the clip that I can use with my moment lenses like you have pictured. If you use a Surui clip on lens, do you just unscrew their lens and screw in the moment lens? Thanks!

I've only recently found out about the 6L sling bag. I'm just wondering if anyone can confirm if the 6L features a waist/stabiliser strap to stop the bag swinging around on your back when on the move/hiking/walking/running? Great review.
Hmm I just got the v2 6L and there's waist/fanny pack mode! I test it while hiking and very stable 😆

Prefer the size of the 5L. Would be perfect with the minor upgrades seen in V2. Fits my Z6 + three f/1.8 S primes.
The girlfriend (09:08) or the wife, or the partner - one of the most useful accessories for photography. Many thanks for highlighting the sling, could be the answer when traveling on my mobility scooter.

Is it normal for the strap lock to be able to move even when it's locked? Mine moves and I'm wondering if others are having similar experiences. Is it meant to be a lock is is it just to be able to have a handle to slide?

So here's the thing - I'm off on a holiday and looking to purchase an EDC to hold various small items including a Fujifilm X100V, small water bottle, and glasses. I purchased the Bellroy Venture Sling 6L and think it looks great but is a bit smaller than I imagined tbh considering the 6L size mark. For example, the Peak Design Everyday Sling 3L camera bag - yes 3L - (superbly made also) has almost the EXACT same dimensions, looks able to store pretty much exactly the same amount of items and is extremely well crafted with comparable weather resistance etc - BUT quite a bit cheaper. Why is the Bellroy so much more expensive and named 6L, when the Peak Design of the same size is 3L ??????? Is there something odd going on???

Did PD not fix your zipper under warranty? Also, how do the shoulder pads lay if you're wearing it to the side more like a messenger? It was hard to tell if you hit padding or if the connection between padding and belt was more in the way.
