In August 2023 I had a complete pec rupture. I documented the comeback which led to the biggest total of my career, 2110 at 308 in May of 2024.
Right now, I am in the process of cutting 80-plus pounds to take care of my unfinished goals in powerlifting.

Joking aside, its respectable that you know this is not the best strategy but youre doing it to achieve your goal and then you will build back up in a more thoughtful manner. You're a man with a plan.
