Hi Courtney. Love the videos. A quick question. I live in the U K and I don't think we sell Totally Awesome in our Supermarkets. We don't have a Dollar Tree. Would any all purpose cleaner work on cleaning the ScanNCut mats ? I don't want to buy any other cleaner in case I ruin my mats. Any advice on other liquid cleaing would be great.
Courtney - you are amazing and inspirational. My ScanNCut has been in storage for 4 years. I'm looking forward to jumping back in to using my machine for sublimation printing. Thanks!
Just a warning. I used this in a spraybottle and cleaned 3 mats. I had the fan on and still it cut off my breathing. I had to open windows to ventilate the air. make sure you use the Totally Awesome spray in a well ventilated area. I do not normally have any breathing issues, and this bothered me for an hour after use. It did worth incredibly well!
Totally Awesome 🎉🎉🎉 Truly totally awesome. I went through 1/2 pack of baby wipes cleaning my mat to get a passable result. One pass with the totally awesome and my mind was blown. 🤯 so much gunk disappeared and the whole thing is sticky again. Best. Tip. Ever.
Maybe I'm getting hard of hearing but I didn't catch a name of the cleaning product available at Dollar Store. In a newer video you recommend La's Totally Awesome All Purpose Cleaner. Same thing? Thanks your videos are incredible.
Me to, I replayed the beginning half a dozen times and never got it (also I'm not American), she should of said " The Brand Is TOTALLY AWESOME" I would of got it straight away. PS, I still like her content.

Courtney love your videos. I have the new SDX330D ,this is my first snc machine. I want to use my iPad to transfer Disney collection that I purchased. I activated the collection.. says it ready for download but the snc doesn’t retrieve it from the cloud. Please what am I doing wrong.
Yes. I have successfully used Artspira from phone to snc. But just purchased the Disney collection and canvas workspace recognizes that I did. But how to transfer to the scan n cut. Do I have to download all designs and put them on usb ? Thanks for your assistance.
Another super cool and fun video. I'd love to see a video taking a piece of fabric with a lot of things on it that you could fussy cut. Included would be the best choice of blade and mat for the chosen material. Thank you so much.

Hi. Thanks for showing me how to clean my mat. I’ve only used it twice and it was losing its sick. That spray is amazing! I do have a question though. I used the auto blade and my standard mat to do the sample (box) project. The blade did a great job on the supplied card stock, but it etched the entire design into the surface of the mat. Is it supposed to do that? Even after cleaning the design is still there.
Hi Sharon! It's normal to see a little bit of etching in the adhesive, but after a while it will fluff back out. If after a while it's still there I would make sure your settings are not making the blade cut deeper than expected. Barbara.

(www.allbrands.com/products/106918-brother-scanncut-cadxtotelime-green-brother-electr) However please be very careful as sometimes full flights force you to check your luggage now and it likely won't be protected enough if they do that. Using the original box to ship the scanncut to your destination, is also an option. Barbara
