Hi William. Ever since I stumbled upon your channel I have been turned into a fan. I am so thankful for your recipes, full proof procedures, measurements and ingredients. I am from the Philippines and yes, I am using raw materials from here. I am so happy you have a recipe using ube. What a delight to see you use it in it's purest form. More power to you! Keep on posting your recipe vids please.
I love your ube brownies that's what I do with different fresh fruits. I am a Pilipino and I always bake when I have visitors on off days from work. Thank you for loving our snack. I am in Texas.
Hi! William, Thank you for sharing a recipe of ube brownies. Actually I'm trying to search for a recipe that I can use my ube and a purple color that I just made this morning. Making ube brownies is the one that I found through your channel. I like your procedure in giving instructions. It's easy to follow. List of ingredients are in order so it is easy to learn how to do it. I will try to do this recipe tomorrow. See you in your next video recipe. God bless.
I've been looking for some new recipes to try out with my Ube. I've made Ube Crinkle Cookies and Ube Rolls (like cinnamon rolls but instead of a cinnamon sugar filling I use an Ube filling). This recipe is definitely a new way to use up some Ube and will definitely try it. Thanks for sharing!
Bonjour William, found your channel today. I love your innovative flavors and you explain everything well. I'm Filipina and excited a French men is using ube in your baking. Have you made Ube halaya? or Make coconut bibingka... it's all delicious. Happy Baking from California. Salut, Maria
I wonder if you can do this with other root vegetables like taro yautia beets cassava turnips rutabaga chayote jicama and fruits too like Jack fruit guabayana peaches nectarines plums persimmons papaya pineapples apples pears and others
Where did you find your Purple Yams??? Can I order some from you, or could you suggest what Garden Catalog that sells them?? I’d like to grow some in my garden. Zone 6b.
Ube originated here in Philippines, but the purple ube.. is becoming hard to find now.. you can find some in bagiuo, but you are in the other side of the word i think... So the only way you can find a fresh ube is in the asian markets... But be carefull coz some sellers may give you some purple sweet potato not ube... Like what he use on this video it is not ube, that is Only purple sweet potato....
I just bought a bottled purple yam from our local store and was wondering what to do with it, then I saw this video lol. I'm wondering if I can use semi-sweet chocolate chips instead of the white one? I have all the other ingredients except white chocolate. Will definitely try this tomorrow. Thanks!
My roommate's friend made the recipe with shredded coconut on the top (and no white chocolate chips). Would anything need to be done differently with your recipe if I wanted to add that top the top of my purple-brownies?
Hi william. I am a filipino and i don't think you are using ube. Actually, you're using is purple sweet potato. They taste the same with sweet potatoes but with different notes. Ube on the other hand does not taste similar to purple sweet potatoes. I hope it helps.

Bonjour Maria! Thanks for you kind comment, I will definitely check these out as I don’t know these recipes 🤗💫
If i dont hv light brown sugar, may I use castor sugar? Or granulated sugar?
Can I use ube powered and what would be the measurement if so?
I unfortunately never tried with ube powder, sorry! 😊
Is it possible to substitute the brown sugar to white sugar??
If I use the frozen ube, how much should I add to the recipe?
Can I have your receipe plz.
Any chance I can have the ingredients in cups instead of grams? I don’t have a scale at hand :(.
Agree
Hi!... today i tried your recipe. And love it.... very tasty and not boring when eating it. I use dark palm sugar. Thx... 😃
Thanks so much! 💫
Hows the taste and how does it look, Mba? Since you know it would be lil bit expensive if I use light brown sugar. Hehe

Hi, can i use dark chocolate instead of white chocolate?
Yes you can 🤗
@@WilliamsKitchenEN thank you. I definitely try this recipe tomorrow. We have so many purple ube here. Regards from Indonesia😊
May I know how long can we keep it?
About a week in the fridge in an air-tight container, I would say but they won’t last as long 😉
You can also add ube extract to add more flavor to your brownies 😊
Absolutely!
Hello, can you use sweet potatoes instead? As I'm leaving in France, I'm afraid that I can't find Ube at my supermarket.
Yes you can! 😉✨
He used sweet potatoes in this video so yes
I would try cardamon. But these look delish.
Svp les salėes. ..
