- We were so scared going into this 36 hour travel day of flying with a newborn. You never know what to expect or how they are going to react...
Figuring out how to travel with a newborn has definitely been an adjustment. Thankfully we were flying Qatar Airways while figuring our how to travel with a newborn. We love our little man and hoped that he was born with traveling in his blood but today was the test. Today, we were traveling with a newborn to the literal other side of the world. On top of this...we were flying with a newborn during covid so needless to say we were scared. Since Annette and I have been full-time travelers for years before Apollo, we had a proven method of how to survive these crazy long travel days and flying Qatar Airways always made it easier. Now, flying with a newborn baby, traveling with a newborn baby, or flying with a two month old...whatever way you want to spin it; it's new! Truth is that we have never done a travel day like this before. Join us as we figure out what works for flying with a newborn on two long-haul flights, a long layover and everything else this 36 hour travel day throws at us.
