Everything looks normal
The apprentice works on the floor and holds the pump with his foot, while the master works on the bench with a vise to hold de parts. And three auditors to verify the work, health and safety, quality and production supervisor.
Lol oh dude you hit the ball out of the park with that comment.👍👍
These guys really impress me. I’d love to be able to rebuild every heavy truck component with a mini sledge, a valve punch, and a pair of needle nose. My knees are killing me by the end of each video tho 😂
I am impressed by the engineers who have been able to create mechanisms that can be repaired in such dire conditions.

I’ve watched a lot of videos, but i don’t understand why everyone is sitting on the ground. Why not use a table?
I guess it's a cultural thing?
He has a clean table and a vice right behind him in the workshop…..
Only cleaned parts go on the table (OSHA)
Their motto is to destroy everything by hammering it,applying loose spanners etc, avoiding torque wrenches. If they don't do this costumer will not come to their workshop sooner. This is the reason they do these things.

Tighten the bolts to to 5 pounds.
As in 5 pounds with a 5 pound hammer.
Amazing video.
One of the perks of hot, dry climate - no rust, no mud, no freeze.
Every wrench is an impact wrench.
You just need hammer
Utter respect for their skill and dedication, born out of necessity.
McLaren F1 don't send their engines and gearboxes here for overhaul do they? 😂 They could learn a think or two.
Those engine valves make nice punches.
what do you think they could learn ?
@@xl000they could learn that you don't need a collar and tie, and its ok to get your hands dirty in engine oil and muck.
Just imagine what he could accomplish if someone would just invent the workbench and air compressor.
and a parts cleaner =)
God forbid if they would ever discover the socket wrench or impact wrench. Their technology would advance by 1000x fold.
Wow! Finally! This video proves Pakistani craftsman can put something together clean and up off a dirty floor! Good job!
"How much do we torque the bolts?"
"Two hammer blows!"
That's three ugga-duggas in SAE.
The way these guys work with toxic stuff on bare hands will give em a long and healthy life...
Thank you for the video. The leak on my unit is the one seal you didn't replace. I feel more comfortable opening the gearbox and replacing the seals that are leaking. Thank you.
from the looks of those holes he's hammering on with that old valve this not the first time this box has been rebuilt !
So impressed by your job doing great job. very experience with your work .hard working young men ... May be get £5 a day .but so respect carrying on boys.....from UK..
Now I can see why rebuilt steering boxes always leak. Or at best don't last very long. Not a single rock guard was put back on it and he use rubber strips to take up the slack in the bearing tunnel. Remember that when you buy your next steering Box off of Amazon
I watched a rebuild of an Isuzu Truck Engine and they didn't replace one gasket. They just used silicone. That truck is still running.
Wait these guys are selling on Amazon, who knew! Hahaha...
@@baminibaum1301 " That truck is still running"
How do you know that exactly ?
Sexy finger mechanics....Everything they touch, they fvck.
This guy has the cleanest shop yet!
Gotta love the valve punch😁
It's encouraging to see at least one mechanic using a work bench, rather than squatting down working in the dirt.
They really do major repair of parts not lie in us if a part is broken they send out to a auto parts store for a new or rebuilt part !that takes some skill and knowledge on how to rebuild the broken part ! Or they don’t have the knowledge to rebuild the part a simple bearing replacement could mean trashing the hole unit for a ten dollar part !
How to rebuild.... anything. With a hammer.
And without table
Was just thinking that. Every video I watch their on the ground. Why not step your game up and get a table.
With crowbar, hummer and fucking mother. Russuan edition.
Imagine if this people have power tools to work their magic?,amazing what they can do with very little..!
Finally a comment I can agree with😎 these guys are rebuilding these parts with very little tools and still can complete the job!!!

##grandpa's opinion. Having worked in an American hyd.. shop years ago, I would so love to work with these true professionals. 👍 great work, guys.
If you look up steel cap safety boots in the Pakistani dictionary you will see a picture of a sandal
I am watching you from USA here is not possible work like that we don’t use hammer we use impact gun. a great job you doing now I learned a lot with you guys
Don't forget after this confidence inspired vid. Always add 1/4 cup of junk yard dirt for good measure.
I'm just amazed how these guys do this. In the West, these parts would have to be sent to the manufacturer or service agent for repair with specialised tools. These guys do it with minimal tools, some made by themselves, and a lot of percussive maintenance.
That is the true definition of an impact wrench.
Bolting this to a table would make it so much easier to take apart.
Why didn't anyone's else think of that. Did you go to school ?. You uh are smuckin fart
@@jeromeduffy9270 I don't like you.
@@diogenesstudent5585 socks to be you
@@jeromeduffy9270 lol
One would need to stand upright or sit in a chair, if you used a table.
Squatting seems to be the preferred way of life?
Perhaps a ratchet handle and a socket set plus a vise might help? Certainly less likelihood of sand and grit getting into the reconditioned unit.
And this is how you do it over there.. No impacks, no torque specks, just beat the hell out of it ? Throw it back on the ground and beat it up some more.. We over here in the US, might can learn something, you think ? See Ya Texas
You definitely know it’s not the US because there would be two or three EPA guys giving him a fine for the little bit of hydraulic fluid he spilled in the dirt.
Yea like they know the oil come from the ground..
dear me---- grubbing about in the dirt---- hammer on mating surfaces---- stilson wrench on nuts---- all safety critical components--- could only watch five minutes----- " try to fix more faults than you cause"
every job involves a lump hammer but they do super work
Well done, shows step by step how to dismantle spare part.
Hello from the UK
Hammer used within the first 30 seconds.... they don't disappoint.
Super guys!!! I wish I could seat with hips that long. !!!!!!
Dirty deeds done dirt cheap! LOL!
Hahaaaaahaaaaaa. Good one dude
Ac-dc its a long way to paradise...
High precision work
They are truly masters of the subject. But no one shows how they work afterwards.
Good job ...a way of earning a living in pakistan...nothing impossible ...quality is secondary..job must be done
I watch these guys every day. LOVE their DETERMINATION!
grit job man nice working
No spanner wrench, no problem, just use a hammer and an old valve.
Whatever gets the job done. Lol
Flat rater
"Ремонт" на кортах в кучи грязи и можно сказать подручными средствами. И как долго интересно это будет работать после такого "ремонта"?
Как всегда "Оно работать не будет"
Hard-working and talented but I cringe every time the parts hit the dirt floor.
recirculating ball pump- had one in my old corvette
Is 4 smacks on the wrench with a hammer equivalent to the click on the torque wrench?
Spring pick
I don't understand how Chinese tools break when I use them by hand, but they beat on every tool with a hammer and seems to be fine. 🤔😒
Simple. The tools they are using belonged to their father's father. 🤣🤣
хахха=))))
Good work boots 😀
I was lost after he poured the bearings in his hand.lol
Nice job ❤
wonderful
Meanwhile, on the other side of the world, I am too lazy replace the noisy serpentine belt tensioner in my Acura even though I have power tools and already bought the part...🤣🤣
A simple vise would help this dude immensely.
Engine valve as a chisel?
Das sind für mich die wahren Meister.
Allways seat your sector shaft bearings by hitting the end with a BFH!!!!!!!!!
a few more tools are needed like gear puller but good repair
The CAVE MAN at work
when they drop a part , it not got far to go as they are allready on the FLOOR IN THE DIRT AND GRIT
Tháo lắp ko đủ máy để sử dụng để bị lệch ô Wal làm cho dễ bị hư hỏng sau này !
Takich mechaników brakuje w Polsce
He'd be lost without that hammer, bless him.
One big oil slick the whole country
The basic of impact wrench
Less cleanup by working on the ground. Just let all the oil empty drain on the ground and push dirt over the top with your saddles for a quick and easy cleanup.
And all those bolts are set at the proper torque rating
What safety glasses??
I wonder whose well water those pans of dirty parts cleaning solvent will end up in??
Just buy those guys a table, a socket set, a ratchet and a vise.
I don't know where this was recorded, but if every mechanics in that country bought the tools I mentioned, it would improve their productivity by a lot, and the country as a whole could exit poverty
It's Pakistan and it's not that poor.
But yeah having a ratchet wouldn't hurt nobody and it's not that big of an investment anyway.
They've got a table and a vise already which is a surprise for me as I've only seen them doing it while squatting and holding everything with their bare hands and feet lol
Wow. Even with chairs and a table, they still choose to work in the dirt.
@Edward Martinez You asking or saying?
and its their.
You go ahead and keep your table
Remember jakson we all was made on a bed
1 level down dont make much difference how we fix thinks,is on our genes..
Has a table, uses the ground.
Why not do the entire rebuild up on a bench to save your back?
PPE??... Who’s that they ask! Ha
Looks similar to roadworkers in most countries.. 1 man does all the work whilst 3 or more stand and watch.
Why they work on the floor ?
Broken spring as an oring pick. Spring steel is perfect for that.
😆😆
Packing used seals with paper @20:20 ?
He is re sizing the seal with the strip of paper.
We get it everyone…they should use a bench, get proper tools, not re-use materials etc. However, at least they are working with what they have and getting it done. As far as the quality? Half the shit I get from Autozone is garbage/not working straight from the package so why are we worried about their products?!
Sure has a lot of supervisors looking on .😂😂😂
More like their friends from nearby shops coming to exchange some mechanic wisdom while they don't have any customers
These guy's don't believe in a work bench hey?
Baiii ye ringey kaha sey milti hey
I think Ratched tools are Forbidden to use in there. Every Nut has to come apart using open-end spanners.
