Those legs need reinforcement to the base, they’ll snap right off if the dresser is dragged.
I agree - they're going to fail - really needed to use leg hardware (attachment plates). They look great, but they will break away, unfortunately. I hand it to this person for DIY'ing and giving new life to a dated piece. :)

That top drawer came out so good. You should try to do this with other piece. The contrast with the other colors really brought it together ❤️

Think I could do this with 12” legs? And did you use pocket holes or just screwed those suckers on? I bought some small nightstands I want to flip but I can’t find legs affordable enough to make it worth my time
