I love that your shop actually has sawdust in it - I feel like most RUclipsrs have an unrealistically clean shop.

Ha yes I always have ample sawdust. I don't know where other builders find the time to clean so well.

I think your chair is the best I've seen. I bet if you scribed the H and the curved arm out on some butcher paper with a few photocopied dimensions and sold it for $30, you could make way more than you do on the chairs themselves... Just a thought. I, for one, would buy.

Thanks! Glad you like my chair your right about selling the plans.I get lots of people from around the world asking for them. I'll have to figure out how to make digital plans or find someone else to do it for me soon.I also want to make a better version of the chair video.

Wow! Your video popped up. found it fascinating in many ways. Very similar style of woodworking, but you have more expensive tool! And bigger shop space. LOL! Became a subscriber. I'm guessing no SketchUp? I'm always sad about what I cut off. Expensive firewood. Became a subscriber.

Thanks for watching my video! Sorry my computer skills are pretty weak I have no idea how to make digital plans. I build those chairs with my original plywood templates. I do old fashioned scale pencil drawings for everything else.I've had several requests for digital plans and one of these days I'll devote the time to figuring that out .Right now all my available brain power is devoted to learning about RUclips.

It is obvious you have created this same chair a few times in the past given all your great jigs and watching your hands work. What would estimate is total amount of your time it took to create those two amazing chairs? And lastly what was the long blue handle press for? Thanks.

Hi Chris yeah I've lost count of how many at this point they've been a regular seller for me online.I always build two at a time even if only one of the two is sold.It takes me about three work days to build two and really only a few hours less to build one so it's just profitable to make two.The blue thing is an electric Kreg Machine " Pocket Hole Screws" Thanks for watching and reaching out!

Is your chop saw super accurate on the 45° angle cuts or does that not matter if it is a 1 degree off ? It looks like you just set it ro what the dial says and go.

What i meant was the arm detail being an upward curve. Does that make the arm rest any more or less comfortable than a traditional flat arm rest? I love your design overall, probably the most unique one I've seen.
