Always a pleasure to watch your videos...
thank you paul
Fucking love barbell brigade! Great workout man!
same here wish it was closer
Definitely one gym that is on my bucketlist. Atmosphere is everything! That's one downside I have found with recently investing in a home gym, I miss having people around. I still try to train with people at my home but it is just a different feeling I guess! Keep up the videos man, appreciate them!
yeah i like keeping a balance. trainin in one makes me hungry for the other. at the end of the days its all about the work you put in
Very true, got to find what motivates you to get better and better as an individual
Could you please do a review on belts particularly the Inzer lever. Like sizing and all of that
It's always better to go for "form/strength" than to constantly chase better PR's.
Some one said you look small?? :) Were they 220-pound guys?? :) I couldn't care less what other people think about my size. Though, judging form the look on the faces of strangers I'm not having any "worries" about "looking small". In the end we're working out for OURSELVES not them. For a "better version of me". There's always going to be someone stronger, faster, smarter and wealthier. That's life.
There are tons of chicks out there than can lift more than me. :) Deadlifting, squatting and benching. On the other hand I've only been deadlifting and squatting again for about 2 months. Which is nothing. Yet I'm progressing. Quickly lifting beyond my bodyweight. For that fact alone I'm happy. And while hitting goal PR's is nice every now and then...that's not my chief goal any more. Like to be able to train consistently and not be put out of action recovering.
Is your starting stance always the same with your receiving stance with your cleans?
depends, if it gets heavier i notice my stance gets wider. it gets wider to accomodate my lack of speed under the bar
You should train at del rey fitness it's sick its piss it's revolting it's insulting
