Nice pickup, Pando. I’m learning how to use the macebells, as well ... got the 7lbs - 25lbs full set from Onnit.

Good to see you’re back making videos. Your early ones inspired me to build my own garage gym. Quick question. What is the J Cupp spacing on the Moster power rack? It doesn’t look like 1” thru the bench region like my S2 squat rack. I’m going to switch fro the squat stand to a power rack later this year and that was the only thing that I saw different about the uprights.

the monster has 1 inch holes so the spacing is 2 inches. the monster light has 1 inch spacing in the bench region if you prefer. i personally dont miss the 1 inch spacing, its easier to line up with 2 inch spacing anyways lol. good luck!

Kettlebells are nice but they have been making my elbows sore . Even with the lighter weight. Is the Mace a little easier on the elbows in your opinion? If so I will order one this week from Amazon. Thanks

Can a basic sledgehammer work for this? Also, I am a RN in the ER and your vids motivate me. Thank you!

Seems like you've really gotten away from the basics and doing very gimmicky training

theres a long list of gurus who use maces and clubs in their training. no one ever told Louie simmons that this was "gimmick". i guess no one pays you to be open minded.

Macebells are far from gimmicks. They were getting 3rd world countries strong af long before your parents were around.
