  • A course of Stedman on this absolutely lovely 1911 Taylor octave. This is actually the second home for these bells as they came from the closed and now demolished church of All Saints in Llanbradach, near Caerffili. The bells were installed here by Taylors in 1988, replacing a light ring of six, rung from the ground floor. These bells were sold to the Cross and Stable church in Milton Keynes and recast (?) to provide metal for their current ring of eight. The current bells are rung from a gallery and have justifiably proved popular for peal ringing since their installation. They are quite easy to ring even if the front bells are a little flighty. The tenor weighs 12-0-22 in G.
