- Some spliced surprise maximus rung by the college youths on a weekly practice. The bells of St. Paul's are a 61cwt 12, and they certainly have a lot of character!!

I'd be dead on the floor after just a couple of minutes. 😅

Thank you!
Lovely, would love to ring here but hate the isolation this tower has.
To an extent, I can understand why there is a degree of isolation, as you call it.
Er....Excuse ME Paul Tiebout!
Are they easy to ring?
Ashley Monck not really, long ropes, unguided in the ringing room.
WTF! Ringing on Invite!!! /:^/
I thought St Paul's and Westminster Abbey didn't allow the public to ring here
they don't, this was an ASCY practice, and i am a member, so allowed to ring
Ah ok. Is that the same for the abbey?
Not sure about the abbey, sorry!
Don't worry. But are St. Paul's easy to ring?
They don't usually allow people to come and ring. Yes they may, if you ask, let you watch the ringing but I think actually ringing from the public is not allowed.
Me :-)
I did wonder which cy's got their legs out, then figured it must be you, Paul
It's actually me.
