I went to my first authentic Korean restaurant this past Saturday and your jjajangmyeon recipe is better than theirs, in my opinion, and the restaurant’s sweet and sour chicken tasted just like the one I made using your recipe!!! Are the pickled radish similar to Vietnamese pickled radish, cucumber and carrots? I make those. Sweet n low causes migraines so I stick with regular old sugar.
My favourite will be the jjimdak, dakbokkeumtang and jajangmyeon. I have cook this so may times and een my husband loves it.I always add more green onion, potatoes and chillies because I love it. I should be a Korean cos I love Korean food, I eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You in a good book as Claire really enjoy the food. Thank you for sharing the recipes.
