Hi Cassandra! Not sure if you're still checking these comments but wondering if you can do these exercises with the pilates toe bar attachment rather than the squat board? We bought our TG second hand and it came with the open toe bar. I've done squats with it but am nervous to jog as I'm afraid I'll miss the bar and my feet will go through the hole!! Thank you for your amazing videos! I'm not at this level yet but you inspire me!
THANK YOU for actually showing what it looks like when you adjust the machine height. No other videos are showing this! I will have to measure my room to the last inch to check if this will fit, so helpful to know!
Po Lani absolutely!! I change up my levels all the time! It is a long machine and I started with it set up in my living room. It does fold up like an ironing board which is AWESOME!!
This thing is a joke. Sending mine back. If you have a weight training background don’t waste your time. You want a great workout? Spend time in a power rack. Hopping up and down on a sled is ridiculous. Do some squats. This is only good if your 80 years old or rehabbing from a car wreck
Or if you don't want a consistent financial commitment of a gym membership. Or if you don't want to leave the comfort of your home to workout. Or if you don't have time to drive across town to a gym every day.
Think about people's situations besides your own :) The world is a big place with lots of different people
The words comfort and workout shouldn’t be in the same sentence. You work to earn something not be comfortable. I’ll speak my mind thank you, this is America. I do see some benefit to Home workouts but this just doesn’t provide enough resistance. Convenient yes.
- Why so hostile?
- "Comfort of your home" was the phrase, not comfort of your workout... You don't think your home should be comfortable?
- Did you think about adding the weight bar attachment to your Total Gym for adding more weight/resistance?
Also this isn't America, this is the Internet :) Relax!
H2013 Nunyabusiness I got awesome results doing this workout and many others on the Total Gym. You do what works for you but this has worked for many. You can add the weight bar and I do that. I lift 110 lbs on my squats :)
Cassandra Kurpiel sent it back. Not for me. Returning to the power rack this Thursday. Revamping my diet and putting a hold on alcohol for 30 days. See what happens.
