    Hi, Cassandra I'm having trouble getting my booty tightened up and lifted I have a lot of weight I lost and it's just jiggly like Jell-O. What do you suggest?

      Make sure to engage your booty by squeezing with each rep. Hip thrusts are great for tightening. Do this workout and take your time engaging. Good luck!

    Thanks for the great workouts! I’m new to the TG, and have found your workouts to be the best match for me...thanks! I recently read your bio and, like you, I’m the family caregiver. I’m currently living with my 93 year old mom after having taken care of three other relatives prior to their deaths. At 58, I realized it’s time to take care of myself too! I’ve never done much exercise before...we live in the country and my “ chores” have kept me in fairly good shape. Now that I’m aging, I’m gaining some weight and am flabby everywhere. Trouble spots are rear and legs...and beginning to be tummy too!🙄. Any suggestions for activating glutes? I just finished this workout and, while I felt it slightly in my glutes, I mostly felt it in my quads. What am I doing wrong. This happens with a lot of exercises. Thanks!

    In this video Cassandra talks about a blog where she shows before and after pictures. I have tried looking for it, but can't find it. Anyone have a link to it? Also, I just bought the GTS. I wonder if it comes with the pilates bar or not. I can't seem to find that out either. This looks like an awesome butt workout. Can't wait to try it!

      Catherine Oraee I use the pilates bar which is great for knees. I always say, do what you can.

    This looks like a great workout, but my ass is too fat to be kneeling on my knees at this point!!! Maybe you could modify this for fat people with knee problems??
