    Collagen regeneration won’t happen overnight so I think you needed to wait at least 1 month to see any results. Professional HIFU treatments take up to 3 months for the final results to be visible.
    Collagen supplementation after HIFU sounds like a good idea, maybe get your dad some collagen too 😃

    I did see results on your dad. It was subtle. I would like to see picture of him after the time for the collagen to produce.

    I can see the difference on her forehead. I actually had a hifu treatment in a salon couple of years back and it was VERY pricey. Should've bought one of these.

      Yea, for the time it took (nearly an hour) it wasn't really impressive compared to the same time spent with a RF machine. But on younger skin, yes it's great.

    Thank you for doing the video on how to use this device. I'd been trying to decide if, and which HIFU device, I should get and would I even know how to use it with the lack of manual information the nonbranded devices usually come with. You gave such a great and detailed description of each step that I actually COULD work it. However, is it supposed to take a while to warm up and stay consistently warm? I've found mine gives me little shocks but the warmth is very inconsistent.

    • @10YearsYounger
      @10YearsYounger  2 года назад +1

      No this device doesn't warm up like RF, the high frequency isn't hot.

Also, can you please suggest what Gell to use. BTW, I love your info videos and you look amazing. I very much look forward to hearing from you. Cheers Charmaine

      Yes you can use on body. Want the high setting. Thin areas lower it. They have these for just the body with bigger heads and vibration.

    Hi! How do I know which cartridge level to use or how high to set the intensity? How do I know when to change from 4.5 to 3.5 ECT?

    • @10YearsYounger
      @10YearsYounger  Год назад

      As a rule, when you're going over an area thats bony like jaw or forehead you want to reduce the intensity. When its a fatty area, increase it. Try out what works for u

    • @inoutterspace
      @inoutterspace 7 месяцев назад +1

      4.5 thicker areas. Face cheeks 3. Thin areas like forehead and upper lip 1.5. 4.5 is deep past everything goes into the fat. Do not use 4.5 on face(careful) 3 and 1.5 for face. 4.5 neck and things/tummy etc.

    How many times and minutes you do per sections like the neck, cheek, and forehead?

    • @10YearsYounger
      @10YearsYounger  3 года назад +2

      You do each move 3 times and the machine beeps to let you know when the time for each move ends. So you start on base of neck and do 3 moves, then work up to next position, 3 moves, then up etc etc. It will take less than an hour to do your whole face. Its around 5 seconds each move I think.

    Just a thought, well actually more of a request actually, wondering if you’d make a short tutorial explaining things straight away in regards to the hifu device setting and placing... I bought the same one but scared to use it... I’ve watch your videos time and time again to brief myself on it but then chicken out 😆 I’m just terribly frightened I’ll use the wrong settings in the wrong places and end up looking crazy 😓

    • @10YearsYounger
      @10YearsYounger  4 года назад

      My hifu video has 2 parts, in the first one I explain the settings and where to place it, try that one. This is a home use device so don't worry about it going wrong, its nowhere near as powerful as a salon device so chill out. Give it a try, if you're nervous keep the intensity setting at 2 or 3.

      this man has had hair line transplant, fillers, botox, and other work done. Not to say there is anything wrong with that, but I wouldn't really attribute it to good genes. And most 40 year olds look like that.

      @@10YearsYounger have you tried any other versions with hifu/rf/pule & lights. Only thing is you can't change the settings on hifu 3 different levels it's at 2.4 which is the middle setting here I believe. You can combine it with rf or do rf separate in between hifu sessions. And soothing setting with red light cooling after. I see alot sell but as always mixed reviews.
