    Tripollar Stop gel’s main ingredient is glycerin, so I tried organic glycerin in place of it and it works you can alternate the gel to make it last or mix together or just use the pure glycerin

    Love watching your videos which are so on point. I have the same Tripollar RF and love it but I think I need to add on a hifu. Since your last video last year, have you discovered a better device? Can you also please do a video recommending the depths for the different regions of the face without losing fat on the cheeks? Thanks in advance

    • @10YearsYounger
      @10YearsYounger  2 года назад +5

      Hifu and RF are still the best! Stick with the tripollar. there's really only that hifu machine on the market which is any good. If one appears I will defo make a review. Re. depths, if you use the lowest depth you would be getting the same results as RF as its going to the same depth so if you already use Tripollar just use the max depth on neck, cheeks but not around eyes or forehead as it will hurt.

    First of all thanks for this great and insightful content. I just discovered your channel but truly love it. So surprised you do not have more subscribers. I m sure it’ll come soon. I’m 44. My skin is not bad at all- been using sunscreen religiously for a few years now as well has powerful actives but the corners of my mouth are slightly down turn and I hate how it makes me look. What would you recommend? Hifu? Micro needling? Nue face? Anything else ??? Thanks in advance for your answer but above all thanks for such quality content and indeed you do look amazing. All the best to you

    • @10YearsYounger
      @10YearsYounger  2 года назад +4

      thank you. It depends if the down turn is sagging skin or the muscle underneath. If it's skin - RF and if it's the muscle, then HIFU or microcurrent may lift it. Try the mychway microcurrent though rather than nuface as its more powerful

    You should really look into getting the NEWA RF device. I’m almost certain it’s available in the UK and it’s also on sale right now for $239 US dollars (wired version). They make a wireless one too, which is the one I have. It’s a 10 watt device that will reach up to 52 Celcius. • @10YearsYounger
      @10YearsYounger  3 года назад +3

      RF/ ultrasound and Hifu are all doing the same job, you wouldn't want to use them within couple of days as it would defeat the object, you're not giving your skin a chance to grow new collagen as you're continually damaing it. Hifu use it once every 3 to 6 months. RF once every 2 to 3 weeks so you really want to make a programme so you use them apart. You don't need to use all three to be honest.

    Hallo, Danke für tolles Video mit Erfahrungen. Ich habe schwarzen HIFU bei ali für ca. 140$ erworben. Es gab noch weisses mit dem Sockel aber ein Hunderter mehr, habe ich für unnötig gefunden. Also im Punkte Hals und Décolleté ist HIFU das Beste für mich, denn von Microneedling bekam ich für eine Woche lang immer rote und juckende Haut (wer hat gedacht, dass ich dort so empfindlich bin?). Jaaaaa, mit dem "Fett-für immer-verschwinden" mache ich mir jetzt ernste Gedanken. Und der Kabel vom Gerät könnte ja auch ruhig halben Meter länger sein-da hast du Recht.

      With RF you use it once every 2 weeks for a cycle of maybe 2 months to get the results you want. then you stop for few months and start again. I wouldn't keep using it constantly. But it depends how saggy your skin is I guess.

      Yea that's a good point as the 1.5 would be more or less the same depth that radiofrequency targets. So this does the same job as 2 machines you could say. I change the depth settings depending if its my neck/face or around eye area few times each time I use it. But I guess you could use highest setting all over then couple of weeks later use 1.5 all over. You would then leave it for few months and do the same thing again.

    Hello, Thanks for the great videos. I was hoping you were going to recommend a Microcurrent device. I am 61 years old and I have heard that at my age I should not do RF to my face because it can melt fat from the face and I could look older. Do you know anything about that? What Microcurrent device would you recommend for somebody of my age?
    Thank you

    • @10YearsYounger
      @10YearsYounger  2 года назад +1

      Stay away from mid cheek area where your fat pads are but its fine to use RF on other areas. Really depends where your fat is on your face. you can affect the fat at any age, not just older skin so everyone has to watch that. But to be honest, the FDA approved RF devices don't penetrate the skin as deep as the fat layer so most of them are safe.

I have purchased mini hifu previously, but believed not genetic so returned. Going to purchase a new one for mum ,who needs treatment especially on neck and jaw line + overall face but won't go to the salons. So I need the most effective one. No the mini hifu imo is not good. You cannot combine RF and HIFU as the movements are different. With one, you keep it constantly moving and the other you have to hold it in place. They can't have both in one machine.

      Hi. It sounds like hifu would be better if you want to lift lower face and under chin - that works on the smas layer. RF tightens the skin but not the muscles underneath. The cheaper tripollar is just RF while the more expensive ones have another function added, muscle contraction. But I wouldn't pay extra for that.

    • @10YearsYounger

      The Tripollar devices come with their own gel which is amazing, its glycerine based but its very expensive when you need to go buy it. So I found a glycerine gel on Amazon much cheaper which I just ordered, I guess its exactly the same thing. Glycerine is good as there's no water, when theres water , the gel keeps drying up and you need to keep re-applying it.

HIFU real one costs 2000 EUR is very slow process, may be painful, and does not provide resurfacing and glow. all the mini handheld devices cost a lot fast like a profesional frational rf without same effects.
