Discover the wonders of HIFU and the HIFU Face Treatment! This revolutionary system, like the Ultraformer iii and the advanced 7D HIFU machine, directs high-intensity focused ultrasound energy precisely into the skin's layers without harming the surrounding tissue.
This process stimulates collagen denaturation, resulting in two key benefits: instant skin contraction for immediate lifting and delayed collagen production over months. And all thanks to the beauty of Ultherapy.
Wondering about fat loss? HIFU can target depths from 1.5mm to 13mm, allowing the potential to eliminate fat from the face and body. Targeting the subcutaneous layer heats up fat cells, leading to apoptosis or fat cell death. However, it's crucial to note fat layers vary in thickness across the face and body and using the correct depths can minimise unwanted fatloss or encourage it - depending on your goals.
Is HIFU right for you? It's ideal for those over 30 with mild-to-moderate skin laxity. A slim face, severe skin laxity, or active lesions might make you unsuitable for the treatment. For optimal results, consult a professional skin care provider for advice.
Stay tuned as I demonstrate the 7D HIFU treatment process on my face and neck! Remember, HIFU should be administered by a trained professional - the content in this video is for entertainment and educational purposes only and is not to be taken as medical advice. Aftercare is simple, and results can last well over a year with potential follow-ups for optimal outcomes.

You look absolutely amazing. I love your production as always.
Yay! Finally, the video I’ve been waiting for for so long so I can buy my professional Hifu according to your recommendation. Thanks
Thank you for providing all of this technical information.

Thank you ❤️
You looking really good TJ. Like Dorian Gray! Good job!
I’m a licensed esthetician in ny and I find your videos fascinating.. thank you so much ❤️
You are so welcome!
Wow. You are the proof that all these devices work very well if used correctly.
Lol. You conspiracy theorists make me laugh 😂 The day I have filler, I'll record it for content... so yes, proof. I've worked hard on my skin for years and am proud of what I've achieved.
you look amazing !!!!
What energy level do you use for each part of the face ?
TJ Thank you very much for your beautiful educational videos and I especially mean those of 7D hifu treatment. I really like that you make the videos, and you will undoubtedly have saved many people from mistakes that they might otherwise have made. Still. Thank you very much. P.s. I still find it a bit scary, because you only see the results after at least 3 months. But I'm going to try it at home anyway. I bought professional equipment for myself. Lots of love and good luck.❤❤
Hey TJ, would you say this has been the most effective of the home devices you've used? Also, would you recommend for a male late 30s with the beginning signs of sagging or as a preemptive? Keep up the great videos!
You re looking younger every time I watch a new video.. amazing 🤩
Thank you! I appreciate your kind words. ❤️
Brilliant video TJ. Your results truly are amazing! Where do you buy your Age-R Booster Gel from? It only seems to be available in the US or South Korea.
I get mine from Korea, but it's available on eBay too ☺️
Hi TJ, do you have a follow up video to this showing your HIFU results?
Hi TJ thanks for this channel, I subscribed also, I have a question : did hifu device at home dissolve fat? what kind of device you are using? because in another video you mentined 2generation hifu 2.0 EMS

hello do you recomand this hifu machine? i already bought 2 and were really bad!!!!
i bought and lovedyour rf
machine and video ❤❤❤
Hi TJ- I have the Titan 3-in-1 that has hifu focused at 4.5 mm. I’m a bit confused with all the depths….can you tell me what areas to avoid if I don’t want fat loss? What areas of the face and neck do you think will benefit from the 4.5 mm depth?
You look amazing TJ!
Thank you ❤️
great but could you please also tell, can HIFU (maybe the mini HIFU) at least avoid UNWANTED fattloss? is there some device which is really 100% safe and not to strong? and which device would you reccomend to lift up very much the fully eyebrow area? thank you, love your content!
Hello TJ, you're looking great as usual!!! I'm curious if the mini HIFU is indeed effective. Would you still recommend it? Thanks and much love from the Philippines❤❤
Hello to the Philippines! Thank you for your kind words. Yes, the Mini HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) can be effective for various skincare purposes, including skin tightening and rejuvenation with consisten use and I absolutly love it. :)
Does having a decent and safe-ish nonsurgical tightening and resurfacing routine entail a yearly 5-10k$ budget, or can elements of it be done cheaper?
Amazing
Thank you! Cheers!😀
Great video TJ. Skin looks amazing😊
Thank you 😁
Hi TJ, the links for all your tutorials don't seem to be working? Are you able to provide better links that work? Thank you.
What settings do you use for each handpiece?
Hi can you share which energy level should we use for start ??
What are you doing depth of the neck area?
Hi, what's the brand of your device and may i ask where you got it?
What are the energy for each area? Thank you
Hi TJ can you also make a tutorial PNP INFINITY PRO ANTI AGING
Im with thyroid gland, is it safe if i get Hifu treatment? How often should do hifu treatments for a good result. Bcs of the thyroid gland, i have slow hormones, and that's making me to gaining weight more otften and now i have double chin and i want to slimmer it
Hi TJ questions 1, where i can buy that machine and 2, cost. Thx😊
Uaaau, com quantos anos você está hoje, 24👏👏👏👏
hI, just joined your channel, and am curious if you have much of significant results in comparison with the Hifu 3rd gen? Btw, you look fabulous!
Hi, welcome. The results from the 7D Hifu below the mini hifu 3 out of the water. But it's also important to remember that the 7D is a professional device, so the results are going to be a lot more impressive. But the hifu 3 should give decent results with consistent use ♥️
@@TJTutorials Ah, thank you. I watched some more of your videos and decided to pick up the Medicube deep shot. I've used it twice so far and already have results. Thank you so much
Can we apply numbing cream before the treatment
Hi TJ, looking great as usual! I am wondering, how do you organize your device use? Is there a routine you follow such as, HIFU one month and RF the next with microneedling in between? Thanks! ❤️
Ikr, he's very disciplined, but he has amazing results so it goes to prove that consistency really is key! I wish I was as disciplined as TJ.
I'll pull an updated routine video together in the next few weeks to explain my process as it's evolved.
@@TJTutorialsThat would be appreciated ❤
How many shot are needed on each area of the face and neck when using Hifu?
Is your machine with 1 frequency or 4?
What intensity did you use? My machine(not the same - vmax clinic machine) goes from 1-8. And me and my friend took a day of early drinking just to make sure the pain was less:D
And used only 2 in Power intensity, bad enough! Not sure we can manage much higher!
I did use it on bacon first and intensity 8…jeeez..deformation here we come:O
Can anyone tell me what is the best online training?
Hi if the skin is 1.85mm on the cheek, why do people use 3.0mm for building collagen? When that actually reaches the fat layer? Why is it states on every site possible that 1.5mm just refines pores, treats epidermal, when it really goes into the deep dermis?
Is it because of water resistance in the skin? The energy weakens as it goes further down?
Hey!! Whats the intensity
How many shot will do? On whole face?
Hi TJ can you show the settings for each cartridge before performing the process, Thank you for reading 👋
Will follow up on this. Yes pleeease show settings. Is it ok to use 1.0J and higher on forehead, undereyes and chin?
Is this safe for dark skin color?
If you could only purchase one, which would you buy? This device, or the RF micro needling device you have from the same company? Specifically for tightening around the mouth and jaw area.
Hello TJ! Tes démos sont très intéressantes mais pourrais-tu ajouter la traduction de tes conseils? Merci beaucoup! A bientôt!
😮 you are getting younger every time see ❤🎉,
Thank you! I appreciate your kind words. ❤️
Thanks for describing the "no go areas"...
Which difference do you see between the home devices and this professional device ?
You're welcome. The pro device is instantaneous with results after one use. As it's more powerful, you definitely hear and feel it working. The HIFU beam is also macro-focussed, so it creates exact lift in treated areas and avoids any damage or heating to nearby tissue. The pro device also has cartridges for use on the entire body, with depths up to 13mm (ideal for larger fat deposits) The home use devices are amazing too, and they definitely give results - albeit not as pronounced nor fast. But this is a good thing as it prevents any overzealous use to cause fat loss. 😁
@@TJTutorials Thanks for the information...🤗
First of all I would like to thank you for the beautiful videos you make about 7D hifu device. You have neatly marked off your face for places you are not allowed to use and then smeared it with gel. That's why I really enjoy watching your instructional videos. I also see you with the 1.5 hifu cartridge going very close to your eyes and it seems that you are almost going over your eyeball. I also see your eye blinking a little while you are working with the hifu 1.5 mm cartridge. Aren't you afraid that you could hit your eyeball, causing your eye to become permanently damaged, even "blind". I have one myself, but for that reason I hardly dare to use it, because you sometimes hear negative things about it. Is it okay if I send you a photo of myself to await your advice? What would you do? I am now 70 years old. I have some sagging skin at the corners of my mouth and my chin, I would like to get rid of that. If it gives a good result, I want to get rid of my stomach reduction later by means of: a little too high energy. Heat above 42 degrees Celsius. And make my butt a little thicker and tighter. Please give your advice.
My sincere thanks in advance.
Very frequent hifu and laser treatment may not be harmful in the long term.
What do you know about picolasation of hair against hair loss?
Hi TJ. Is it possible to do HIFU just on the forehead and neck? I would like to remove fat under my jawline for a more chiselled look and on the forehead to lift my brows.
On my face I'm really nervous to do HIFU because I cannot lose fat there.
You can just target those areas if that’s what you want to focus on.
HI TJ. Do you still think that the small Mini HIFU machines are useful???
Yes, absolutely
I can't use this because I have a pacemaker. 😔
Dopo quante sedute vedi il risultato
What would possibly worst could happen if I want to get HiFu treatments but have 2 screws under my eyes and 2 under my jaws. Can it be done with lower energy and stay a bit farther away from the metal screws?
I think the best thing to do would be to talk to the practitioner offering the HIFU. It would largely depend on what the screws are made out of, their depth, and how much muscle is laying over the top of them.
Hello TJ,i was wondering if you have lost weight between 1st and 2nd pic? As your face does like alot slimmer on after pic , thanks in advance for your reply
Yes I had lost around 3kg at this point on Keto. However, some of that change in my face will be from targeting the fat layer in my jaw and turkey neck area with the 4.5mm cartridge and a higher heat setting. The upper face (cheeks, etc) is still nice and plump by targeting the upper layers at a lower temp. It makes all of the difference to have such precision.
@@TJTutorials Thanks for your reply :) and you look great !!
I also bought a professional machine 7d hifu, but I haven't used it yet, because I'm a little afraid to use it, I'm 70 years old, I want to try it. What do you think? Does it seem like a good idea to you? p.s. What do you think of your own results now after 5 months? Can it really do no harm in the long run?
While I can't personally recommend you do any certain treatments yourself, I can say that I have experienced amazing results with hifu and it has definitely played a huge part in my skin rejuvenation. 😊
Have you used the Medicube Ussera device? Does it work?
I have and I love it. I actually have a video on it somewhere. It's similar to The mini Hifu 2nd Gen, but has High Frequency, HIFU and LED rather than EMS and RF. I actually use my USSERA twice a week as a way to maintain skin tightness.
Hi TJ, you said you might want to lose fat in the jowls, nasolabial folds etc. - but wouldn't this make the skin loose, because the fat will just liquefy and "hang"?
Hey. Great question. When the fat is broken down, the body removes it via the lymphatic system - so it doesn't liquify and just sit there ☺️ But also, the multi depth approach tightens and lifts the mid and upper layers at the same time for a contoured and toned look.
What do you like better, HIFU or microneedling with RF?
I'm a bigger fan of HiFu, but they both have their benefits for different issues.
Hello TJ
does this machine need water for it to work?
Hi. Yes, the cartridges need to be filled with distilled water. 😊
Hi!
How do you sterilize the head sets of the microneedling machine?
Microneedling heads are 1 x use. Dispose correctly
Does it good for the age 32 where the only issue is the double chin and broader fatty jaw only
It's amazing for those areas, but if that's what you want to focus on you may be better off having it done professionally 😄
Did you use this on your body during your weight loss journey? If so, did it help with skin tightening and aid in burning fat?
do you prefer this over rf microneedling
I am a little more of a fan of HIFU over the RF Microneedling, mainly as it is more comfortable to use and doesn't have the downtime of Microneedling RF. However, both are great tools. It just depends on what you're goals are and what your current skin collagen and elastin levels are 😁
Excellent...thank you for this, as this was my question also 🙏. You look absolutely amazing btw ❤
I bought a home machine. When I first used it, the cartridges would emit heat during the pattern but now they don’t. Is it supposed to be hot?
A lot of hifu devices require you add water to them, what is your device?
Is this rf microneedling?
Hi, yes, it is 😄
Hello! Why don’t you treat the upper lip? Is it good to treat the lips ? Thank you
Hi. Great question. As there's a lot of vasculature around the upper lip area, it is not recommended for use there.
Do you have to be a professional to purchase this product?
No
Hi, do you need to fill your cartridge with distilled water?
As far as i am aware yes .
I do, yes 😄
If you had to choose between the HIFU machine and the fractional RF, what would you choose?
That's also what I would love to know; if TJ could only have one machine or the other, which would he choose? 😁
HiFU all the way. I love the RF microneedling, but I feel like I can still achieve the same results with standalone RF and separate microneedling sessions. HiFU also made the biggest difference to my skin.
@@TJTutorials awesome :) thank you
Thank you TJ 🙏. I've followed your journey for years, and you look amazing! I love your tutorials and trust your opinions ❤️
Hey TJ, have you done cryolipolysis? Kind regards, Rebecca
Oohhh, I haven't, but I'm going to look into it today now 😂
I have pro machine haven’t touched it yet.. I’ll wait for you 😂
Where can one buy the machine?
Hey. It's available at www.plasmaperfecting.com/product-page/7d-hifu
My Code TJ500 saves buyers $750 off until Mother's day (5/12/24)
Why do you not numb your face HIFU is there any reason my next question it's basically the same as micro needling
I don't numb because the heat is deep inside the skin, not on the surface. So numbing won't make any difference. Also, I don't find it painful. A little bit uncomfortable at times, but no pain 😊
i thought RF microneedling machine can also do all these?
Hi. RF Microneedling has similar uses, but not the same. For a start, HIFU reaches the SMAS layer, Dermis, and Epidermis without any need to cause wounds to the skin surface - so now downtime. HIFU is also extremely targeted, so only the focused area is treated and nowhere else. RF and HIFU complement each other beautifully, but HIFU is a more advanced treatment.
100% agree. Great job TJ keep up the good. Hifu really doesn’t get the press it deserves it’s almost actually sort of taboo considering how advanced it is. I see RF needling as almost Barbaric in comparison to Hifu personally. Why break the skin if you don’t need too!
I have a surgery on jaw? Am I allowed to have hifu 7d?
The best thing for you to do with to be to check with your medical practitioner before going ahead with any treatments. They are the ones who will be most familiar with what is suitable for you 😁
Can i do facial massage after hifu treatment?
Best not to touch let the dermis heal
I've just put my HIFU appointment on hold. I've saw it mentioned that the skin tightening effects of HIFU and RF are basically scar tissue. It was claimed that the denaturing and then building back of collagen actually leads to 'disorganised collagen' rather than normal, uniform collagen. Basically scar tissue. Supposedly this disorganised mesh of collagen scaring can lead to complications when it comes to potential surgeries in the area. I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on this. I'm trying to find some studies.
There are some people who think that new collagen is just scar tissue that’s not exactly true. There’s a lot controversy on how it works exactly. But scar tissue is aggregated collagen and elastin. With hifu you can actually help break up scar tissue and get the regrow smooth. With the addition of micro current you can really see scar reduction. I perform hifu and other skin tightening services professionally. Over all it’s a pretty cool treatment and results can be really fun to watch and track over time
@@cordellchristianorganicsal3323 I can see how HIFU would be great for existing scar tissue, as what it puts back, I imagine is far better than the existing scar. However, I have concerns about using it on non scared skin. New collagen is great, but it's the irregular meshing of this new collagen which I've heard is considered to act like scar tissue e.g. there is fibrosis, the collagen is meshed and fuses the layers of the skin whilst tightening. When I spoke to the clinic to cancel the HIFU procedure and spoke to them about my concerns, they didn't disagree at all that it can be an unhealthy procedure for long term skin health, they just said its affective at tightening skin.
I was gona buy for my clients but now wondering ?
Yeah I’m so confused as well. On the right I’m hearing all about the benefits and that it really really works..
And then on the left I’m getting info that HIFU is a myth and just don’t do it, that it can cause the opposite: making you age more 🙈🙈
@@myran788 My understanding ( no expert here) is that it does improve skin tone, tighten skin and boost collagen....but that it might not be the healthiest way to do it and that companies offering it may not be aware of this. Some surgeons claim they have issues doing procedures like plastic surgery or hair transplants into areas treated with HIFU or excessive RF as the layers of the skin have fused together. The collegen that increases is good...but the way it's arranged within the skin isn't particularly great. I'd still consider this treatment on scars and stretch marks as the 'disordered collagen' that is produces is likely far better than the existing scar tissue. So swings and round about I guess. I decided to go for micro needling at shallow depths instead. There are always new procedures and techniques coming through, so if you're unsure, I'd just wait.
Why don’t you don’t do videos on the mini hifu anymore? The newer ones have the cooling plate ..
Because I feel like I've covered everything I needed to in past videos already 😊
Do you still recommend the 3 in 1 hifu?
But this is professional device how to check depth in home devices . Means mini hifu 2 gen
I have the same Mini HIFU gen 2. I think we just need to alter the intensity setting. Lower for shallower and higher for deeper. At least I imagine that's how it works.
I wouldn't want to use anything which has the possibility of causing fat loss.
That's completely understandable. It definitely has the power to target fat, but also to avoid it - which allows me to create a much more tailored approach to skincare. But it's not for everyone 😊
Why not do it to someone older then show results ??
I'm in my 40s, it's old enough! It's actually the optimal age for HiFu and also the age that most people are considering non-surgical options 😊 but I'm sure if you look around you'll find someone using it on someone older than me.
How old are you? You look youthful. 😌
Thank you. I'm 42 ☺️
@@TJTutorials Excellent. 🥰
