Beautiful! I hope you find a new job. I am new to Junk/Art Journaling. I was looking for ideas to help me to work through loss of a family member. I read somewhere that junk journaling was soothing and can help as you cope with grief. I have to agree. It has been very soothing for me. Thank you for sharing!

I've been in similar job loss circumstances and had to work hard to resist and tamp down panic. It sounds like you're solidly on the right track. For me, I live each day 15 minutes at a time, LOL, and keep a Gratitude Attitude 24 hours 7 days a week.
