Have you been to St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican? Do you know that the Tabernacle is actually found nowhere near the altar, but on a side altar? It's the same here, except that the Tabernacle has its own chapel of repose.
In our parish, our tabernacle was separated from the altar.

Ouch that is harsh. We are one body in christ are considered bretherine. Jesus really needs us to be good to one another. In this harsh world we are all we have and the church for any kind of promised peace, and well being. Weep not over me but for your self's and for your children. Luke 23.28. Think about it. It's The L.A. Cathedral. Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels.
It’s a place of deep reverence where everyone can see the. Sacred action at the altar. Great pains were taken to use worthy materials that do not distract from the sacred action. Also, it allows those people gathered for worship to add to the beauty.
I personally don't understand why they would exchange the beauty of art, stained glass, mosaics, and other pieces of traditional architecture for ugly modernist architecture. And those vestments they are wearing are very ugly.
This has to be one of the most weird church setting and aesthetic ever.
How becomes holy ? Every one wear shoes and sandals in side church ?
He is a bishop and he is accompanied by his servers it's allowed only for that occasion.
