Nightwish at Wacken 2013 was one ot the best performances that I've ever seen. Goosebumps! I remember, when you sang the very high parts of Ghost Love Score, people around me just looked at each other and couldn't believe what you just did. :D
I second that :D I didn't even know they would be filming the whole thing, which made it even better
I truly don't think any celebrity engages their audience as you do. And every interaction just makes us love and respect you more and more :-) Hope you have a great weekend!

Woo hoo! Fan Friday! Wacken 2013 was my introduction into Nightwish. I bought it hook, line, sinker, and the whole damn boat. By far, my favorite band.
talking about food, can we get emppu drinking beer or tuomas drinking wine in the episode? :D
A while back, I got Ghost Love Score live from Wacken, 2013, recommended by RUclips. Truth be told, I was never into Nightwish, I knew Tarja, some songs, but weren't in my list of favorite bands, not my kind of "metal genre", (surely respected the band nevertheless). But man... there was a lovely girl on stage, with an incredibly calming, clean, yet powerful voice, that by then end of the video I was staring at my screen speechless, astonished.
In the next few days, I am browsing through Nightwish songs, mostly live versions, reaction videos... Always getting goosebumps every time I hear Floor sing.
So there I am now, almost every night, I roll a cigarette, make a drink, sit back and watch Nightwish with Floor perform masterpieces I've somehow missed all these years. Nightwish are amongst my favorite bands now. Hopefully I'll be able to see them sometime live in my country. My 2 cents.

@@marchendrickson2382 Well, considering that Floor herself said that the cat is from both ,therefore the test was carried out and the cat is still both, we could assume that its really the twist in the story and the thought experiment has achieved certain validation 🤔

That reminds me of my dearly departed cat Cali (or Kali) short for calico (or goddess of destruction). Nineteen years wasn't long enough. She was the only cat that learned how to open doors. When something went "bump" in the night -- it was her.
@@machintelligence My cat also opened doors. Came home after short shopping and the front door was open, I searched the house for burglars or someone with the key, than I notice the cat was gone. She was lying in the sunny part of the front garden.
Immediately changed the handle of the door, to prevent her from doing it it again.
The first time I heard you was the Wacken 2013 video. I was so blown away I watched that video 3 times in a row until 2:30 in the morning. I then went to see Nightwish in Chicago. The best performance I’ve ever seen. I also traveled to Marathon Florida to the Turtle Hospital. Was also a great time. Not as good as Nightwish but still good.

I listened to other recordings of nightwish over the last years. And I have to admit: the power and the sound of Wacken 13 has not yet been overcome (though Live in Tampere is close by).

I agree 100%. Wacken 2013 is quite simply the greatest concert ever. I have bought hundreds of live concerts on dvd in the past. Nothing comes close to the magic that night.

They need to beg their bass player and drummer back into the band.
Even if they played only once a year! I have never seen a better drummer and bass player than Nightwish Wacken 2013!!! These to men are so synchronized with each other and their sound is so powerful. I never knew drums and bass could be so powerful together.

While I didn't get to see wacken 2013 in person, I did manage to snag a ticket for 2018 and spent the entire day in the blazing sun to see Nightwish from the front row. It was like a dream.
There is the issue of recording the sound of the 2018 Wacken in comparing with 2013. I/we can't judge that but it is a talkingpoint amongst fans. 2013 was done by Nightwish & co. 2018 done by Wacken festival if i remember correctly. If you experiance and compare your life Wacken 2018 and the recordeded version... ?????
@@petervanloon7308 in person nightwish sounded great in 2018. I'll say the mix from the recording wasn't the best. The production on their 2013 release is flawless.

I love it how there is always the 1 minute count and still the video is always longer! 😅 But food related questions then: what Swedish food you like best and now that you are getting back on the road and start touring, then is there a certain food you miss from home while traveling around the world?

As I live in a small, Alaskan fishing community, I'm curious as to whether you are a fan of eating crab from this part of the world? Our three most popular would be red King crab, then Snow crab, or possibly even Dungeness. Have a great weekend!

Wachen is awesome show. Yet my favorite has to be the last show of the North American tour 2012 in Orlando. I got to see you all LIVE. I had never heard of Floor before. I was in total amazement that night.

1. When you played Wacken 2013, did you and the band have any "special" feeling about the way the show went? Did you know it was goig to be as defining as it turned out?
2. How does Nightwish choose the songs and the setlist?
3. Which natural destination has made the biggest impression on you in your many travels?
4. Something to tell about your childhood dream of being a biologist? How did you react when knowing that there is an insect named after you?
5. Single malt or an expensive blend? And which one?
6. I alwaxs loved the movie scores of Ennio Morricone, they add so much suspense to the movies. Like in the good the bad and the ugly. What do think of his music?
7. What kind of riding do you enjoy most? Just hacking out in the forrest or also dressage/jumoing?
8. Your cat is beautiful,I dont't think i've ever seen one like her before. Like a tiny leopard. What breed is she?
Hey Floor 🙂....Fan Friday question: Can you name one favorite food for each member of Nightwish? Also, good luck on your upcoming tour dates in Europe. I'm in the USA.
I thought your performance in 2012 was amazing, but OMFG when Nightwish did Wacken? It was on a WHOLE NEW LEVEL. I mean, you were just "WOW". You could see the entire band was just "OMG, this is the way it's supposed to be, it's supposed to just FLOW"...Flow it did. I've watched so many different bands play, but Wacken 2013 was PURE MAGIC! Watching all the smiling, the relaxed attitude the pure ENERGY....I mean Wacken was HUGE. I can't imagine that night in someplace like Sau Palo Brazil, or maybe Argentina where the crowds just take it to a whole new level as well...
I’ve listened to Nightwish and Floor only one month ago and was blown totally away Coming from the age of Led Zeppelin Deep Purple ACDC Judas Priest and Heart, I can say that nothing has had an emotional impact of watching the Nightwish Floor combination. Hoping to see a live performance one day ❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹

Releasing a newborn turtle on the beaches of México is unique, they say that those little turtles return to that beach as adult to lay their young and are guided by the texture of the sand and the sky, nature is impressive. You always make Friday brighter and special! When you are disabled, and at home 95% of the time, you need something to help you through the day! My painting keeps me busy, and I wear noise cancelling headphones so I can listen to Spotify. I mainly listen to Nightwish...but some Within Temptation is in there...as is AC/DC, Metallica, Boston ( it takes me back to 1976! ), The Scorpions, Jimi Hendrix...( what I wouldn't give to see him and Emppu in a jam session...it would be epic)...and others!
It's amazing how Tuomas can write such amazing songs that touch the hearts of people all over our "blue ark."

Wacken was the defining movement of the imaginarium era, probably Tampere for the Endless Forms era. I wonder which concert over the next 5 years will define Human Nature? Dear Mrs.Jansen. Wacken Open Air was the best concert ever. and i've been through a few. It's a long time ago, but i often watch this concert again and again. I was there eight years ago, but it was a great experience and you will never forget this. The people were totally delirious, me too. People were staring at you with open mouths and wondered are we dreaming or is it real. I believe everyone fell in love with you and your voice then. Let me stop with this hymn otherwise i will repeat. May i thank you for this Fan Friday and have a carefree weekend. I see you and Nightwish in the ZiggoDome Amsterdam.
