As someone in the business myself, I’ve noticed a real change in how quickly these cars are losing value. It's crazy to think that what was once the hottest car on the market is now something we're struggling to move. For a luxury dealer like me, it changes everything about how I approach my inventory.
It’s tough, but what helps me stay ahead is working with a financial advisor who really understands the market dynamics. When Tesla’s value started dropping, my advisor, Eric Paul Elmer, helped me restructure how I handle the financial side of things. He’s been a game changer.
Oh, you’re working with Eric Paul Elmer? I’ve heard great things about him. I’m in a similar position and have been considering getting help from a financial advisor too. Right now, my margins are shrinking, and I need someone who can help me manage the volatility in the market.
Same here. The depreciation is a real concern, but with the right guidance, I think it’s manageable. Eric Paul Elmer helped me create a plan that reduces my reliance on Tesla models by diversifying my inventory. We’ve focused on adding other luxury brands that are holding their value better in today’s market. That’s been a big help.
Why do so many people pay such close attention to vehicles they HATE? Does this NOT seem odd to anyone. Because Tesla IS A THREAT, that’s why. People don’t spend time bashing the Chevy BOLT, because it is not a threat.
