Hello Ace Brother
please try to find Capleton the Lion Paw Please
Distance facts
Jamaica is 1,255.20 mi (2,020.04 km) north of the equator, so it is located in the northern hemisphere. How far is it from Jamaica to the South Pole? From Jamaica to the South Pole, it is 7,473.76 mi (12,027.85 km) in the north.
Jamaicans are a proud people. They are definitely characters. 😂
JAMAICA is the best place I've ever been!!!! People are so great so unique a real culture that's worth see
Ahhh 😊
Thanks!
I'm Jamaican but from the old school. It's strange how so many of the younger generation are misinformed or just hopped onto what has recently been passed onto them without doing their own research. Partly because much of history is not taught in schools, there have been a lot of misinformation in regard to the music. Listening to Vintage Alternative on Bes' 100 Fm on Mondays from 8pm to 12pm with Roy Black from Jamaica will indeed help as he like other host there has vast concrete knowledge of the historical background of the music leading up to Reggae. For example, the talk about reggae not knowing its history from Ska how Ska has developed is problematic from many younger people chests beating not knowing the historical influences will be surprised that Ska like Reggae was also influenced and vice versa Afro Caribbean and Afro American (North, Central, South) beats all rooted from Motherland Africa (Africa).
Yes, a beautiful video! But I cringed at the misinformation or generalizations about our culture that started from the airport ride.
Me thinking the guide is not Jamaican
This makes we want to go to Jamaica right now. Never been to Kingston, been to Montego, such a beautiful people and island.
Ace love the fact that your in Jamaica, watch you travel all over the world, can't believe your in my home country. Enjoy brother and visit again. 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾🇭🇹🇯🇲
Outside of his misrepresentation, the island is a great place to be, the vibes is magnificent, and the people are the coolest, friendliest and kindest you'll find in our world.

Hi Ace,
You should link up with Jamaica Food Boss. He’s informative and will provide you with actual facts as it relates to the Jamaican culture and history.
Food Boss have enough link ups; things need to be varied and fresh.
I love the land of my birth! I'm from Jamaica and raised in NY. This was a great video...my first time watching this channel. The video was very informative but a little misleading. It was mentioned that the equator goes right through Jamaica which is incorrect. The country of Ecuador in South America was named after the equator. Jamaica is a little over a thousand miles north of the equator, which puts us in the northern hemisphere!
20:00 when did he say that?
22:50 nevermind 😂
Your in the country of my birth Ace. Wish I could have stayed there and never leave. But we all have to go find the cheddar we’re ever we can find it. Jamaica culture is so rich. Great food , great people, hope your enjoying your stay there. Great content as usual Ace. Loving it.
That coconut dude is hilarious 🤣
Very pushy too.
I visit Jamaica 3 times a year, my favorite place to visit is the Blue Mountains in Portland
Ace, I am Jamaican, and this is video is one of the best ii've seen in a long time. Very informative and the people you were talking are the real deal. I love my people and Jamaica. Must respect ACE. Big up. Big up.
Ganja and food.. hilarious 😅 Music 🎶 🎵 on point!!! #vibes 💯

Welcome to our tropical island of Jamaica 🇯🇲
Lots of rudeboys will welcome him too
I ordered a beef patty with coco bread for delivery from a Jamaican restaurant where I live (I was already familar with patties - love em!) and I assumed the bread was like a dessert thing. I was so confused to find a little loaf that came with my order, so I had to look up what coco bread was for and was like "oh... really?? Ok then..." putting that patty in the bread was a game changer for me 😂
I was a previous employee of the cement company, (pump operator) the minerals mined from the hills are "Shale, Gypsum and limestone, these are trucked in daily.
Blessings to you. My beautiful Island home of my birth. Praise God! 👏 👏👏👏
Hope you having a good time I love to see you doing what you doing and love I love to see your mother happy.
Awesome Tour Guide. Nice people. Ace, I'm jealous seeing you having such an amazing time. My beautiful country ❤️
As far as government wise he definitely knows how it goes. It's universal. 🤷🏾♀️
ACE GOOD COVERAGE OF JAMAICA AND THE LIFESTYLES OF THE PEOPLE LIVING THERE!!😊
That restaurant manager can make a very good car salesman.
Big up for the our Jamaican Brothers. The co-existence between nature, reggae vibes reunites everybody and culture also reigns in Kenya.
Ace continue the great work! You're connecting with key people and providing a great perspective!
You also have a Cement company in Trinidad and one in Barbados. The limestone (white mall) makes up the majority of the cement along with shale and goes through a high heat process first then mixed with other minerals and ground into the cement powder 👍🏼
Nice video ace once again... About the misinformation it's all good but jamaica does not lie right on the equator it is not far but no where near either. It's a great country with so much contribution to the black people pride, so many legends gone and alive... The greatness of the black people all over the world definetly has been touched by Jamaica.... One love my people.
thank you for pointing that out thanks i looking for someone picked that up.and bless up Jamaica.

The gravitational pull talk was very interesting. Good stuff.

Jerk is a method of cooking. Food is well seasoned then cooked over green pimento wood. Grilled or pan , is cooked over coals. Authentic jerk is not served with a sauce.

Not sure I understand what's going on in this interview but as a fan of ACE videos and a Jamaican, let me replace some misrepresentations with some facts. Brother Pantonson said the equator gravitational pull causes our athletes to run as fast as they do, and that Jamaica sits on the equator. Those claims are not factual. These are the facts: 1) Gravitational pull is lowest or close to lowest at the North and South of the equator. Jamaica is located North of the equator and not on the equator. 2) Jamaica's closest neighbor Cuba sits 90 miles north with Hispanola (Haiti) positioned 120 miles to its east. All three islands are within the same range of distance to the equator, yet their athletes do not dominate the fields like the Jamaicans. 3) In the western hemisphere, Colombia, Panama, Ecuador, Venezuela, and Guyana are closest to the equator with Brazil sitting exactly on the equator line. 4) Central Africa including the Democratic Republic of the Congo lies precisely on the equator while its neighboring states such as Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Somalia also sit closer in comparison to Jamaica, yet again their athletes do not dominate the athletic games like the Jamaicans. 5) The JamFem keeps dominating the 100m, 200m, and relays in track and field worldwide. Our dominance has absolutely nothing to do with Jamaica's geographical position; but more so our determination, discipline, dedication, and capability to endure any presented pressure without giving up or giving in. We are NOT yam and dasheen we are JamFem also known as women! 6) Also, Caribbean Cement Co. does not build all the homes in the Caribbean. Please ACE, fix this video it is a misrepresentation of who we are and I know the brother means good but I don't appreciate fictitious claims especially when my children and friends are watching and were waiting for this video to drop.
Its a entertainment video. Its not a classroom. Anyone is free to fact check information. Thats what google is for.
Every "JenFem" sprinter was trained in the NCAA, that made a difference too. If they trained at UWI they wouldn't even win at the Commonwealth Games. Bahaha 🤣
Selective Breeding during the colonial era played a major factor on our athleticism...
@@NobleGlobalTraveller nonsense, if this was true then it would have been seen during the Olympics 100 years ago. Jamaican sprint success began in the 80s and 90s.
@@brucehuntington1696 During the time of Foundational Black American Jesse Owens whose people also underwent Selective Breeding???

Correction, the coastlines on the south coast of Jamaica have more land space as compared to the north. And secondly, marijuana is not legal in Jamaica, it’s decriminalized to have a small quantity in your possession.
