  • Hey guys, Stevo Runs here, the channel created for like minded people looking to become fitter and healthier people! If that sounds like you then please consider subscribing and let’s go on our running journey together.
    Follow me through a journey trying to become a better runner and have an all round healthier lifestyle. This channel will include regular uploads with advice, new challenges, new methods & time trials where I attempt to beat my PB’s and seeing if there is progress! Anything I learn on the way will be passed on to you with an honest opinion.

    My upcoming races are Brackley 10k, The Otmoor Challenge Half, Oxford Half and Abingdon Marathon.
    My current times as of now and starting from scratch are:
    5k - 19.18
    10k - 41.25
    Half Marathon 1.33
    Marathon 3.48
    I’m actively working on a better healthier lifestyle and on improvements in every running distance with a goal of completing an ultra in the near future!

    "I don't know where I am" ...I love that feeling on long runs. When you're kind of lost and just don't really care

    Well done mate. I'm certain these long runs will be the most important thing to get you ready for an ultra. Just getting used to how it feels when you've been running for hours with more hours to go really makes a difference on the day. It's still hard to be ready for the struggle in the second half, but with a good mindset you'll battle through 💪

      Cheers Andrew, it was a lovely area to run. I’m actually really looking forward to taking a break to concentrate on getting better… hopefully.

    You should be proud of everything you’ve achieved mate! It can be tough when you try new plans and they dont work, your a great runner 👊

      @@StevoRuns legs aren’t to bad now, picked up a few blisters which is annoying. Resting this week, letting the body recover 🙂
