Thanks a lot for watching and safe journeys!
Filming in public is ok, everyone is filming everywhere, but the law prohibits the criminal use of filming, or filming someone against his well.
Alcohol is not allowed by the parliament bill 1982 which has been approved by 99% of the population.
Kuwait is the ( only ) real democratic country in the whole region ( no kidding ).
Government support for the citizens are plenty , in corona time everyone has been paid full salaries sitting in their homes, food were giving away for ( non kuwaitis residents all over the country )
The late Amir ( king ) has launched the biggest evacuation plan for any citizen who where abroad, and all expenses of the citizens who couldn't come back were fully sponsored by the government .
Thats why we are one big family in kuwait, royal family & normal citizens.
Blessing , wish to visit us again in winter time 🌹
Thanks for the info.
its not a democracy but yea
And 40 % of kuwaitis get drunk
@@manomenon1Exactly! 😅

First of all, welcome to Kuwait. There are alot to see in the city of Kuwait, like Jaber Alahmad Cultural Center, Almubarkeya which is an old traditional souk, also Alshaheed Gardens. Outside the city, you will find the biggest mall in the Middle East called the Avenues it is almost one KM long. The best time to visit Kuwait is between December and March.
Gabe is one of the worlds best RUclipsrs 👍
Always love your vlogs, welcome to Kuwait 👍👍🙏🙏❤️❤️🇺🇲🇺🇲
Hi gabriel, you amaze me how much energy you have going constantly to diffrent countrys, love every video you make ❤❤
My cousin worked in Kuwait so I’ve been curious what it’s like. Thanks for sharing!
Wow that dinner looks pretty good
The Kuwait towers are, for a contemporary building, actually very cool looking.
They are
Your travels amaze me
I don’t want to leave the US.
But, you hear a dif drummer
You go, so I can sit on my couch👏🏻
That’s beautiful, like poetry
Most of the earth
is full of nice people.
Avoid governments
and cults.
70. S disco star. 😅😅Omg. You crack me up really interesting how no one else walks around outside not crowded and very clean there. Also really hot !! This was a great series and total respect as you follow rules and you are always so polite to others. Well done. N. Right now be very safe as again our world has gone crazy !! 💙🦋🙏🏻
Wow the view from the tower looks amazing, I notice there’s hardly any crowds there, if that tower was in Dubai it would be full of people
I feel like it is more crowded at night, people usually make little picnics beside the towers, there are a few slides and swings too. But about enter the tower itself... Idk I've never been there, maybe one day
Nice vlog! Great presentation. It is an Amazing city. Gabriel’s vlogs never disappoint. Great story teller and very humble.
Keep up the good work you are a awesome content creator and very talented
Was that family style dining at the end. Boy oh boy that was a lot of food.
Oil life.
Good life.
I don’t see any people you could even video there. Thanks for the video, I can cross off Kuwait and Bahrain off of my bucket list.
The historical name mentioned on the old maps is the Persian Gulf. Have a fabulous time in the Persian Gulf Gabriel. I hope you will visit beautiful Iran one day.
Are u Zoroastrian from iran bro?
Another excelent video with a lot of information. Thank you!
Sometimes your videos make me say "wow, I'd really like to visit there", and sometimes they make me say "I'm glad he's visiting there so I know not to bother". This definitely falls into category two - I'm sure it has a charm at the right bank balance, of course.
same here
Yea...
Fantastic video Gabe I enjoyed it very much
In my head I hear the line „... Where is everybody ?“.
Thank You Gabriel! Always as inspiring!
Awesome video it was cool to watch feels like we are there also, thanks for sharing
Woke up to another video great! Watching on the train to work. Thanks for showing more of Kuwait, it does have that rich feel. The view from the tower was amazing. That beach looked nice, maybe more people will go there when it is finished. Great video ❤️
You can enter the big Mosque and take pictures during prayer times
Wow! I will never be there this lifetime. Tysm and be safe. 💝🙏🏻
That meal looked amazing!
What a feast 😍 luckily you didn't eat at the towers.
Yay!! India, Indiaaa, Indiaaaa ! Let's go !! What new mysteries of India will you enthrall us this time with Gabe? Waiting....
Wow one other person out on a bicycle and you were the only person around. Seems similar to your Saudi trip
I think there's people
inside those cars? 🤔
Another Awesome Adventure Gabriel🙂Watching from New Brunswick Canada🙂
Great video
Wow! What a Banquet!
Splendid view from top of Kuwait towers!
A fruitful and magnificent journey. Only two tough guys. Gabriel and his trusty camera.
OMG that food at the end of the video, it is TOO MUCH!
Love your vídeos ❤😊
Beautiful view from those towers. Cool architecture on those. Man that dinner looked so good! Did you finish all that?? 😅🤤
I would get out of the Middle East ASAP now. Winter is coming!
Winter doesn't come here, we get sandstorms worse than Mars.
Iconic view of the Persian Gulf and Kuwait City skyline from the Kuwait Towers ...truly amazing...!
18:07 that was some dinner!
I was in Kuwait in 1971. It sure has changed!!
Hi Gabe, thank you for sharing, be safe, chaos
You explained that it was a meal but it looked like they unloaded the entire buffet onto your table. They must have liked your shirt. 🙂
Your a real champ for walking in this heat rarely do people go out during the day time we’re all at home desperately waiting for winter , it’s much more fun out and loads of activities and events . Wished you came during winter season you would’ve enjoyed it more 👍🏻🤍
Welcome to Kuwait 🇰🇼 🙌
Hi Gabriel, interesting to walk around the city this time it's not much of a walking city everybody for the most part drives around and it's quiet around town with interesting points to see the beach was completely empty and quiet with a few fishermen along the pier. All you can do is try seeing some areas of interest and keeping your viewers entertained.
Just looked up flights to other countries from Kuwait, some unbelievable cheap choices. I bet Gabriel will keep us guessing where he’s going to next 😊
An interesting video! I enjoyed it. Keep up the good exploring. Be careful not to get arrested for a camera and social media. lol
I spent a fortnight in Kuwait as a child in 1966. I bet it's changed beyond recognition!
Wow, that food looked delicious.
That button's in no mans land!
(Lived in Q8 for years. Your vid brought back some memories. Glad the windows at the towers were clean!)
😘😘😘Best Dinner I seen you in your video 🙌🙌🙌
🍺🍳🥘🍲🥣🥖🍨😊❤
So cool you ran into a viewer! Wonderful view from towers. Great video! How many miles did you walk this day? ~Cara 😊
👏👏👏👏👏
You are amazing
Bro, id get out of that area STAT!! ( If you're still there). Very unsettled region att..
*Gabe just living on the edge, filming even when not sure if it might result in a 10 year prison sentence!*
Oh YT.
Sometimes I sigh. 🥴
Not really, filming in Kuwait will definitely not result in a 10 year prison sentence. Unless you're filming something illegal...
Wow that was quite a well deserved feast. Love the Seinfeld shirt joke. I prefer the buttoned up nerd look as you don’t have a gold chain to complete the 70,s look.😂❤
buttoned up nerd shirt, all you are missing are sandals with socks to complete the german tourist look
I'm wearing sandals with socks right now. It's colder where I am now.
Ah ha, a beer with dinner, what a treat 👏👏
Nice video
Looks like Vegas.
FIrst I think! Cheers Gabe!! We are back home and will catch up with your videos now haha
Boom, you got it.

8:38 another Kuwait cat!!!
You should film a gas station to see how much gas costs, but I heard oil rich countries don’t pay for gas.
I just checked online and looks like about 50 cents per liter or $2 USD per gallon.
You should go see the scientific center walk in Salmiya it's an incredible place 🤩 right by the sea.
Lots of cars nouse I guess people are not walking. But very pleasent.
Insane food! Bet it was a 10/10 Babaganoosh
Incredible
Mmm the food looks good 👍

Hey gabe! Have you ever visited new zealand and if not,do you plan to sometime?
He was in Australia a few months ago. He flew there from Thailand I believe. He said he plans on going back to explore more of Australia and New Zealand. I'm thinking he will go back whenever he's back in that part of the globe. Most likely southeast Asia/ Malaysia because it's alot cheaper to fly to Australia from that region.
Interesting in Northern Ethiopia - sacred forests. Who remains prideful and protective of these? Does attention to this improve our odds of thriving here as a cooler and better watered species?
" ...The church forests in Ethiopia are small fragments of forest surrounding Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Churches. Northern Ethiopia was once covered in forests, but due to deforestation for agriculture, only about 4% of the original forested lands remain. Church leaders have long held the belief that a church needs to be surrounded by a forest, and these sacred forests have been tended for some 1,500 years. Aerial photographs of church forests show them as small verdant islands surrounded by vast areas of tilled lands and pasture. There are around 35,000 individual church forests in the region, ranging in size from 3 hectares (7.4 acres) to 300 hectares (740 acres), with the average around 5 hectares (12 acres). It is estimated that these church forests represent the bulk of the remaining forested land in the Ethiopian Highlands.
The religious significance of the forest is equalled by its ecological functions. These sacred oases raise water tables, lower temperature, block destructive winds and are home to yield-boosting pollinators essential to surrounding agriculture.
Birds, bees, monkeys, caracals and other wildlife were found to have returned to the church forests. Tree seeds were germinating and seedlings growing. In some cases they built the walls beyond the perimeter of the forest to extend the size of the forest. ... "

Im from Brazil 😊😊👏👏
It is lonely to be a pedestrian
That Ibis hotel looks exactly like the Ibis hotel in Manama, Bahrain where I stayed in September 2022. Accor group is building Ibis hotels of same style across the middle East I suppose😛 similar to similar look and feel of most cities in the GCC countries. 😂
In Dubai they really stressed that its the Arabian gulf but i never asked why, assume its historically the way they have referred to it.
I think Persian refers to the now Iran
You can call it whatever you want, but the important thing is that the United Nations knows it as the Persian Gulf
Kuwait really a beautiful Country 🇰🇼💙
Food looks good
Great
Welcome to Kuwait. I advise you to visit Freej Swaileh Restaurant in Kuwait City near you. It is a Kuwaiti heritage restaurant and their food is delicious.
I'm not a traveler myself,
But I learned one golden rule, whenever you wanna try a REALLY Authentic cuisine of the country... you GOTTA know a family in that country, don't go to restaurants that says Authentic unless they REALLY ARE Authentic with people genuinely from the said country, but mostly they are knock-off Authentic lol, get to know a family that cook REAL Authentic food and you can taste the flavor of that country!
Kuwait is slightly above USA on obesity. Gabriel seems to hardly ever eat the fast food , not easy for me
08:50 How come the beach is so empty, and the streets are too.
Where are the people?
That shirt is your "Golden Boy" 😅
Someone got you to eat some decent food for a change looks awesome 😊
Wow
welcomme to kuwait🇰🇼💙💙💙
Hey Gabe at the dinner was that alcohol free beer?
gabriel can u come like again in the winter pls
Been there few months ago, by far the least interesting country of the Middle East. Having said that, locals were quite friendly.
I feel like the Gulf is much more important/developed on its Arabian side and should be name Arabo-Persian Gulf. What it was historically named by one people or the other doesn't matter, plus there is no Persia anymore. No one calls the Mediterranean "Our Sea" (Mare Nostrum) or "Roman Sea", it's reductive. I lived in Dubai for a couple of years as a child and I never thought about the Gulf as being anything but Arabian tbh. And I've been to Iran, it's a country turned towards mountains not sea.
I don't remember if you mentioned what they charged you to get to the top of Kuwaiti Space Needle, but as you were walking across that urban landscape I would love to know what kind of mileage you are racking up over the course of a day. My Apple Watch records all my walks, gives me mileage, pace, elevation gain, heart rate, etc., you should consider posting (some?) of that information,at least mileage.
what about Go to PErth , western Australia and the Outback next, the weather is great down there this time of year and you missed the western half of Australia last time
Why don't you go to Perth yourself Johnny boy? You're trying to drag him there on every video he posts, give it a rest buddy!
yeah l would like to see somewhere good nothing interesting about Kuwait @@martinhollings
@@johnschannel449Plenty of other videos online about Perth - not sure why you're trying to dictate where Gabriel goes. Let the man walk his own path.
it was a suggestion , l dont have mind control powers to force him where to go@@martinhollings
Now that you're in India you can get the Sienfeld shirt fixed by a roadside tailor. Costs next to nothing to move the button and ready immediately.
Excellent idea.
People drink alcohol in expensive restaurants in Kuwait. Example, they put Vodka in Evian bottles. Restaurants are fully aware. You'll find many American fast food outlets in Kuwait even Taco Bell. Chilli's restaurant is or was inside the airport.
Persian Gulf because, Iran is directly across the Gulf.
Super modern, how?
How much is gasoline there?
I just checked online and looks like about 50 cents per liter or $2 USD per gallon.
Be careful in that area of the world right now gabriel... tensions are .... lets just say high.
He is far away from Palestine and Israel.
He's much safer there than in most US cities.
He's much safer there than in most US cities.

The body of water you saw at the Kuwait Towers is not the Arabian/Persian Gulf proper. It is more accurately the Bay of Kuwait. It is the largest natural harbour in the Gulf (about the size of Bahrain or Singapore) and the reason Kuwait had the largest maritime industry in the Gulf region in the centuries prior to oil. The whole downtown area of Kuwait City is on a cape in the middle of this bay. You have to be south of Ras Al-Salmiya (another cape) before you are in Gulf waters proper. The Arabian Gulf Road is actually a misnomer for this reason, rather than the Arabian/Persian controversy.
Miles of golden beaches beautiful buildings American chain restaurants nobody there ghost city 👻
Better to look good
than to feel good. 🤗
Pretty nice looking place. A bit too strict for my liking but seems nice enough.
Yea
