Transmission mount fix on Trans am or Camaro 4th gen

everybody that sees this… i may or may not have ratchet strapped it, and it may or may not be working perfectly

O break rubber mounts to easy on my f-body cars...so i replace them with polyurethane mounts...

What was it causing when it was broke?

What did it do mine is broken too about to replace it but my in 2nd gear gives me a hard kick but transmission guy said it s just the mount

Same problem on my 97' Z28. Waiting for warmer weather to change the mount.
