Thank you for caffeining the world but more than all thank you for planting trees Nicaragua needs big giant trees those we call ceibo used to be very abundant in our country now there are so few only private land owners like you can save our forest because you wont allow deforestation in your property at least not at a indiscriminate way the guys at Selva Negra have done an amazing job preserving the forests around their property and they still farm coffee
First comment LOL : Food looks good , hey where's the Gallo pinto with your food? I live in California what's the name Brand of your ☕ and what supermarkets are they being distributed too. Thanks 👍
😂 funny, but true gallo pinto is a must... Even in the states my tias would always make it, now that I live here in Nica is automatic daily. Great content 💯🎉 I love it!! 😁
I’ve heard several folks say they”best beans leave the country; would love to see small equal quality boutique lines not for export aka “Just for Niccas” made available.
Ingeniero Danilo at Las Peñas vivero is great. Super knowledgeable and really nice guy. That's where we go too. Great video and I second your tip on the food at Matapalo!
@@raku5219 It depends on how common the trees are. Ing Danilo was able to get me jaboticaba a few yrs ago that's pretty rare and I think it was 80 or 100 córdobas per plant. I bought a bunch of marañon/cashew tree plants last year at something like 20 córdobas each. The nursery is really big and varied. If you want something that isn't there, Danilo can sometimes get hold of it too or cultivate it for you. I've been going there for years for all sorts of trees and to get his advice. And man, he is knowledgeable!
@@MatiasDC361 Ceibo trees are magestic! MARENA has a great project Verde Que Te Quiero Verde putting viveros all over and getting trees planted countrywide for reforestation. I don't have count of how many new trees are in the ground by now, but judging from different announcements I've seen over the past year or so, I'd bet it's upwards of a million. It's impressive.
at the restaurant, do they know you sell real good coffee ??? that would be a good opportunity to offer them some free samples from the left over coffee you had in the truck....

He should reforest the hill behind his property with giant ceibo trees is sad to see only bushes in our hills and mountains no big trees
