I love your farm ,love the view from the top of the hill, I would have built the house on top of that place, view for days!! Love that your wife is part of the channel and about the coffee, mine has to have sugar and a little more dark. Cheers Elton and Family.
@@EmenseCoffee I lived in the U.S. my whole life, from Miami, but I’m Nicaraguan. I’ve only visited Nicaragua a couple times. My wife isn’t Nicaraguan, she’s from California, yet we both are considering moving to Nicaragua
Enjoy your videos and I’m working on my 3rd bag of Finca Yasinbay coffee, really good quality coffee, I am going to Corn Island in a few weeks, wished I had some more time so I could visit the farm, keep up the good work!
I love your videos and the way you've found to be successful in my country. I'm very happy for you and your family, you deserve to have much more success!
Congrats! Beautiful farm, beautiful life. Its always been my dream to do exactly what you are doing on a farm we have in Ometepe. I too am a gallopinto-eating nicaraguan born, living in California. Question: do you have to water? In the summer we have to water everything otherwise we lose them to the heat. Fortunately we are lake-side. Next time in Ometepe contact me and stay with us.
Not really a question for your wife, just let her know when I travel to Nicaragua, I will bring her some Land O' Lakes Butter. Thank you for your videos.
1:04 what?! Cold season in California? You’re killing me. I live in Wisconsin. Cold season starts in September. The really cold season starts in October. And the frozen to death season starts in January. It finally warms up to tolerant temps in June. I envy you.
Congratulations job well done are you adjusting to the gallo pinto nacatamales baho vigoron etc my favorites are the rosquillas and the cheeses with sur cream and with tortillas enjoyed
Hola me gustan mucho sus videos estoy enganchado con su proyecto de familia me gustaría mucho intentar un proyecto como el de ustedes saludos y bendiciones.
Hey Elton and family! Nice progress on the house! Hey, have you ever been to Quilali or Jalapa? If so, what do you think of those as places for a gringo to live? I don't want to be around bunches of expats.
Hey Kevin, thank you! Yes I have been to both Quilali and Jalapa. Those areas are beautiful. You will be with all the locals, I suggest coming to visit first and see how you like it. I personallly love north Nica, it's all locals!
He's pursuing his destiny. What comes comes. But there's some validity in what you say. That country could spin on a dime, and most likely will. But whether it's getting your bank account frozen in Canada or falling to a dictator, the world is full of risk. What doesn't help though is that so many are getting a skewed perspective of Nica through lunatics like Scott Alan Miller. Many go there are listening to his incoherent rants and don't realise he's a huckster selling the spin. He purports to have no dog in the race but he has several different side hustles set up to exploit newcomers. It's a shame more balanced content isn't coming out of Nica.

You are risking your family life. Not worth it. There’ isn’t any security nor law to protect you.
