I always love being in a fast moving city when i was young. I make 6 figures and have 6 properties working 40 hours/week On-Call last week. Today ill start to build little house in a 3 acre lot i bought in California for $35k. I need a well and solar and use induction stove so no need gas utility, electric and water bill to pay. Yes, i want to slow down and enjoy quality of time. One day we will realized being free to do what you love is better than giving your 40 hours a week in exchange for a paycheck to pay more bills.😮

Yes it would be interesting to see developments in that new coastal road. I was in Nicaragua in August for the Hipicos. It is a great value. It does lack some of the infrastructure as compared to other popular tourist destinations. Hopefully as it develops, it attracts the higher end tourists. Cheers and keep up with them videos.
