DR. JOE ROGAN You guys understand you don’t have to hate athlean x and everyone who follows him to like Ryan right? Tried these this morning and as usual Ryan’s ability to use some relatively light weight dumbbells and absolutely destroy the muscle is amazing! After 2-3 sets my shoulders were on 🔥!
I liked how you never (or rarely) talked shit about other youtubers. You do a well job at being unique in the places that matter, but lately, you're beginning to blend in.

Ryan you are an outstanding communicator and your videos are extremely helpful. One of the best things you have shown me, however, is that it is ok to tweak and modify an exercise in order to better meet the need. "Connect" is the word you use so often. And that was a game changer for me in my workouts.
Exactly! I’m definitely noticing this as well. Sometimes it may take a few to find but it’s night and day when I do! When they talked about doing a shot everytime you say a word .... it should’ve been connect instead of contract. . No one would be sober 😝

Been following Ryan's workout for a couple of weeks and I've gone from using heavy weights to lighter weights and isolating the muscle I'm training and what a difference 👌
Not sure lifting heavy all the time on compounds is that great for building muscle. Each to there own though but I agree with this guy more than anyone else.

I'm a Personal Trainer with a 4 year degree and I have yet to see an exercise on this channel that I can't see the benefit to doing the way your showing. They all follow the basic rules and the planes of movement required to activate each particular muscle are also being observed. I see no problem with what your saying most of the time. That being said the way you train is to get your muscles as big as you can without always following the "conventional" mindset. I like it it's a fresh take and if your goals are to get big then your on the right track. I wouldn't however recommend someone who is trying to try to be a powerlifter to train ONLY like this, and I have doubts you would recommend that either.
Love the metal music on the around the world lift. Not knocking the weight or the exercise, just the found the intensity of the song with 15lbs dumbbells funny.
Just want to say, I appreciate the time you take in making these training videos. I mix in some of these exercises that you perform into my training, I have seen great results in my physical appearance. I concentrate on the contraction, the movements to get better results in muscle building. Contraction, contraction, contraction, sorry I was just mocking someone else's opinion! Thanks again.
