Yeah, that was young Lil Wayne. They were a group called The Hot Boys at that time (late 1990's actually) and Juvenile was the man. BG was also hard and someone you should check out.

As he got older, Lil’ Wayne got better and better as an artist and became Cash Money’s top star.

You should check them out. I wasn't a big Cash Money fan but I appreciated their work. I still have "Ha" & "Big Ballin" in my playlist.
