Hi Captain Emile. Merry Christmas and have a blessed New Year! Here in YYC, we don't need any lockdowns, cause 16 inches of snow in 24 hours does a better job. Spent 7 hours yesterday, helping friends and neighbors shoveling driveways and getting drivers unstuck. #tired and hungry
Lots of earthquake swarms around the central, southern Icelandic mountains, which tells of molten lava moving to the surface. Possible eruptions in the future. Yes, Iceland topography is alive. Solar winds and cosmic rays from the sun at work, heating our earths core. Beautiful scenery. #itsnotyouitsthesun

Emilie the red button on your right handle of the yoke works AP, no need to click on the instrument panel
it sometimes does something weird when I used the yoke button. lots of glitches at times unfortunately!

I'm looking for a rudder pedal to complete my setup but there isn't much to choose from. The "LOGITECH G SAITEK PRO FLIGHT RUDDER PEDALS" is discontinued, the Thrustmaster TFRP RUDDER is out of stock and the Thrustmaster TPR is a bit expensive anyway.
What are you using?

X52 HOTAS? I got one but am having so much trouble trying to install it and have it work. so far I've gotten the throttle quadrant to work but the Stick does not work.. thanks!

The Cessna caravan doesn't have retractable gear (Emilie's plane and a bunch of others)

Well its NOT illegal to say Merry Christmas , and Christmas has always been a holiday in America. Just because SOME don't like it, too bad. Its your channel and video and you can say it if you want. I hear people talk about other religious holidays and I'm not offended. If they don't believe, or believe in another religion, so be it. I am not offended when I hear someone wish something for their holiday if another religion. I just don't pay it any attention. why be offended? Nothing wrong with saying Merry Christmas. When people stop saying it, and it catches on, then what is next? they will stop selling Christmas trees? cancel Christmas movies and shows? MERRY CHRISTMAS, HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Just wanted to say thank you again for your videos! I’m doing my Private Pilot check ride soon. Few last solos were stressing and my recovery training wasn’t too good - tried to land zooming in 140 knots on 1300 feet very close to airport, forgot to reduce the throttle... I realized that I’m too stressed with work, COVID-19 and family issues which affects my flying abilities and instead of having fun I am stressed and anxious! So I took a month or two off, and once I’m rested and stress managed, continue to my cross country solos and finally the check rides. Flying is my dream! BTW you’re welcome to follow me back on my video channel - I’m composing music for theater plays and movies. There is some music on Spotify iTunes and Amazon just look for my name :) Good luck with your videos, hope to meet you airborne soon!
Going to be a long time before things go back to normal. The Airline and Hotel Industry will struggle to make profits long after the virus. Hate to be negative. Too much impact. Cargo or Freight may climb. But everything else it’s years of damage.
Microsoft Flight Simulator and RUclips will make more money than the airlines lol.
But hopefully we have a better year!!! We are still looking at years of damage and post damage and many permanent changes that are yet to be seen.
