    After following the WTA for a while, two players who seemed widely admired by all are Ons Jabeur and Daria Kasatkina. I even recall Ostapenko once hugging Jabeur after a match. Not today though, Ostapenko did not like being on the losing end of that bagel. I always enjoy Jelena's feisty attitude! She's her own person for sure!

    Jabeur finally playing like a top 10 player after Wimbledon last year. Ostapenko is again out of shape... handshake was special 😂 She was irritated even more by the fact Jabeur's husband kept yelling out loud.

    • @einarsd4
      @einarsd4 18 дней назад +8

      I think it's cheating. Coach can't disturb his player's opponents. Ostapenko's irritation was very understandable. I think it's Jabeur's usual strategy when facing strong opponents. Such strategies shouldn't be allowed. Tennis match isn't hockey match were players aren't distracted by opponent's coaches shouting or yelling. I am baffled by how Jabeur didn't receive a warning for coaching or her husband distracting her opponent.

      @@einarsd4 "I think it's Jabeur's usual strategy when facing strong opponents"
      I bet you can't even name a single other match of Jabeur when something like that happened.
      You know why ? Because the yelling was mostly from Verdasco who joined Ons's team 1 week ago
      So keep your speculations for yourself.

    • @einarsd4
      @einarsd4 18 дней назад +3

      @@NutsaTN It's still cheating and Jabeur's previous coach too was disturbing her opponents. When Jabeur faced Ostapenko in Eastbourne 2 years ago Jabeur's coach too was yelling and disturbing Ostapenko and not letting her concentrate. Coach can't yell during tennis matches. Tennis isn't a team sport like basketball or hockey where coaches can yell during matches. Tennis is one player sports and any yelling by coaches or spectators are distracting tennis players and destroying player's focus and concentration.
