@@verdier4006 No it's not pathetic! I'm guessing, based on the likes, 168 people have used this video to change their filters. The dealership wanted to charge me $150 to have them do it. If your average filter costs $20 that means this video has put ~$22,000 back in to the pockets of honda owners. Keep it up buddy you're doing great, and helping a lot of people❤

Thank god you're testing out the coma Ai. I've been eyeing that tech for years but didn't have a car with the tech until I got my insight but I also know that they don't have an official code for it and have to use third party since its open source. So much better now that it's all included in the tech since a while back you had to buy about 3 items to get it working.
I did request support for the insight on their discord chat. Can't wait to see what updates you have for us on this.
Support is now built in to the unit due to the help of a person on discord called fkndean. If you see him thank him. It may take me a little time to get the review up since its turning out to be a bit more complex to review per se and will probably take 3 videos to do properly. As of right now I would hold on buying it until you hear the caveats. Especially since it's so pricey.

Thanks John. Unfortunately the act of putting in the air filter incorrectly wasn't on purpose. I'm really that goofy sometimes. In fact, you'll probably find the second video I did later while changing my air filter and I tried to put it in upside down a second time. Sheesh!🙄

What have you been waxing Ruby with? I just got mine but didn’t get that expensive coating they were trying to pass off on me called Celajet. Also do you have any clear 3m film protectors behind you door handles so you don’t get finger scratches and one on your rear bumper? I see
them for sale on amazon. What ya think?
Believe it or not I run Ruby through a soft cloth car wash (Blasphemy!) frequently and usually dry her afterwards with a drying lint free cloth. I have an account for the top tier car wash so I use it liberally. A film protector behind the handles sounds like a good idea. I might look into it. As for the rear bumper applique, it would have less use for me since I rarely use the trunk and when I do I never touch the bumper. :)

I'm only at 4,500k on my 2020ex , & I'll never pay labor for this job, but I may look into Honda OEM air filter, its similar priced, and someone once told me many of the online non OEM air filters are not made as well. Dont know if thats a fact, just been told that by a mechanic long time ago.
If it's the same price you might as well use the honda one. That way you can yell at Honda if anything effs up. Of course they give a crap about what we say as much as Apple Inc. does. ;)
Ima watch the first 2 movies and let ya know. BTW I just bought a 2020 insight touring. It’s white and I named him snowflake cause the paint has this gay unicorn is glitter in it. I upgraded for 1500 more and got the black chrome wheels from Honda. Let me tell you the dealership is full of buffoons. I am never going back there. I also bought the 1100 dollar ambient lights but the service department never installed them before and didn’t want to do it. It got so ugly the service tech cursed at me, needless to say I received a refund on that. Three days later Honda announced that on the 2021 models they are getting rid of that annoying passenger side camera. The 2021 touring will cost 500 dollars more because they will have new mirrors with the warning indicators in each mirror. No more passenger cam. “Just my freakin luck’, to steal your term. Final cost with all the crap taxes license dealer rip offs and stuff...32,000. Anyway, I hope it lasts for that price...cheers✌️💀☠️
Sounds like you had a heck of a time. First, don't bother with the standard ambient lights, have an aftermarket kit installed. It's much nicer and cheaper. Second, the instructions on putting the ambient light kits in is on the internet at college hills Honda. If this dealer couldn't follow instructions then their service people shouldn't be doing oil changes. The car is basically a civic in design and should be easy for them to work on. You must file a complaint, and I mean a serious one with Honda about them. A dealer that can't even install a Honda product in a Honda car has no reason being in existence. Third. Holy crap dude! You didn't get a penny off your car. I know the wheels added a bit, but why so expensive? I paid 25,800 for my touring before taxes. They really didn't budge much on the price. I kind of wish you had walked away and bought from someone else. These guys sound like serious con men. I agree I really wish it had had BSM and cross traffic on the original model. I figure it may be possible to retroactively put it in, but it might end up being Uber pricey.
Yea well welcome to Southern California everything cost more. It was the same price at the other 2 dealers that had a white touring, but yea I should have walked.

There was a video on K&N washable filters and it actually lets in contaminates. I don't recommend it. I'll try and find the video again

Stay away from oiled filters.....and horsepower gains forget it.
Agreed. Not really worth the minimal 1-2hp gain and the less than desirable filtration ability.
