Enjoy the journey and reward for your own rebuilding efforts. I recently finished rebuilding a 2004 30 foot class a with 18,000 miles. It is now literally a "muscle motorhome" like a "muscle car." No insulation, how are you going to handle the frost? Now is a good time to add a tiny diesel heater even if you are still going to use your pellet stove which btw takes up valuable space. If you haven't already, get rid of the propane heater, and if all you need propane for is cooking, get rid of the very heavy 20# propane tanks. A little 5# PT will last for months if only used for cooking.
