Selling Mudryk will be a big Mistake, just like we did with Sala and others, i think we should loan him or keep him, the same thing we should do to Noni
Agreed. Mudryk has huge potential because of his speed and skill, but his understanding of football is very limited (i.e. he is very raw/under coached).
If he's at too low a level to start for Chelsea (which looks like the case from the last few games), I'd hope we can loan him somewhere he can start most weeks.

Happy with Amorim or giving Poch another year and hoping for a somewhat healthy squad, that players keep gelling more with each other and him, and that players keep maturing. Think Noni and Mudryk both have great potential, but Noni more able to be useful and improve in the squad now while Mudryk needs a lot more work and should go on loan somewhere, even perhaps to a Championship club. Would rather get Omari Hutchinson back now.
Noni drive fair into defenders and he's pretty good and can and will improve so much more if he can stay fit

Tommy T., is a tournament coach. He is not a full season, grind it out manager. He loses locker rooms and board rooms so quickly at every club he goes to - it’s almost impressive how quickly people become tired of working with him. But the guy can setup teams tactically better than most, no denying that.
Poch has the players supporting him, he will get until next December at least, unless it’s a disaster early.

Unfortunately, Mudryk will be on a list of Chelsea’s biggest busts. He is just so lost w/o the ball. Then, he turns it over far too much when he does get the ball. And his shooting.. I’m sorry, he is more likely to hit a legitimate shank or fan in row A before putting one on target from outside the box.
