This is exactly what I said on my channel that's to many players out injured. What the hell is the medical staff doing 🤯🤯
Medical staff doesn’t “injure” the players…something behind the scenes is causing them to get Injured. Medical staff can only be blamed for their recovery process after they are injured
It must be the intensive training.
It's a combination of but the medical staff and dumb intense train. I'll go more in depth with this later on my channel
@gantswood are you suggesting that Pochetino is totaly brainless and after few repeated injuries still didn't change his training methods. I don't believe he ever had too hash trainings for those young bodies, but honestly, do you believe it is he responsible?
The reason of injuries is the owners fired top medical team and hired medical department that works with celebrities, called Remedy.
I think Poch is just, like any normal human, fondly remembering a good period of his life. I think he's trying hard to create such success - or more actually - at Chelsea, but I think, like all of us but even more intensely, he's struggling with 1) a constantly insane injury list (what was supposed to be our top attacker and our top defender have been out almost the entire year, and then there are 300 others on the injury list at any point in time), and 2) trying to get a bunch of young guys up to speed and working together at the same time is much harder than people can understand - they need time to learn, gel, and start flowing together.
I'm neutral on getting someone else (would like Amorim) or giving him another year like Arteta, Klopp, and others had under less difficult circumstances.

Terzic is doing a good job at Dortmund. He seems to be very good at spotting shrewd additions. Maatsen + Sancho were struggling, grabbed them up, look at them now. Plus they place nice football. That's kinda what we need.

Its true that The Manager's job isn't scouting BUT he has the right to ask for the player profile he wants and give his suggestion, and in some cases he can choose his players if he already discussed that while signing his contract (for exemple an Antonio Conte would do that), & I WOULD TAKE R.Amorim TOMMOROW 😆

I dont think it's "damning" that Maatsen would choose to have a starting position at Dortmund. Dortmund is the club you play at to develop as a young player, and the Bundesliga is a completely different level than the Prem. Look at Sancho, how great was he at United? This club has alot of issues, mostly stemming around the fact that three quarters of the squad have been out injured most of the season. Then, you can point the finger at the club for choosing Poch, who clearly isn't going to be the guy for this club.

Maatsen camp wanted out all this time thats why potch used him how he wanted cause he had players who actually wanted to be here who he needed to build around. Hence maatsen never signed his contract last summer. Maatsen couldn’t make the squad under Pochetino. He was only losing value sitting on the bench or playing out of position. The directors did not only what was good for Chelsea, but obviously what was good for the player by getting him a good loan.
Not sure what his Dad’s issue is, other than looking to take a shot at Chelsea while his kid is in the spotlight. Burning bridges never a great idea… but hey good on him.
