That dude's argument about INEOS wanting a yes man: INEOS bought in people to make footballing decisions and made a footballing decision to keep Erik after looking at other avenues, therefore I don't like INEOS because they made a long and thought out footballing decision

It wasn’t a footballing decision, they kept eth coz they didn’t get their main guys which were de zerbi and tuchel. They were in advanced financial talks and they rejected us. Ineos didn’t have money hence why our summer budget is only 35 mill. £35M transfer budget. Key players being sold. Weaker team/squad. Arsenal, Manchester City and Liverpool are way ahead. Tottenham, Aston Villa and such, are ahead as well. Tuchel and De Zerbi weren’t risking their reputation.

They are footballing decisions. Just because it isn't the one you wanted doesn't nullify that. You even said yourself they have bought in people to make footballing decisions. They assessed other avenues and they didn't work out and came to the decision that Erik would be best suited to go into next season.
If you think we have 35m to spend then you're just picking articles written with no concrete evidence for the sake of your agenda, especially with the outgoings this year going to eclipse that in profits from previous seasons. It's also INEOS first season and they aren't going to announce what they can spend because they're not idiots.
We're finally building a core footballing back staff with a head coach like an actual successful modern club does (City, Liverpool) making decisions based on actual experience and ardent assessment and you're instantly dismissing it all because one decision didn't go your way.
For the record, I didn't want Erik either, but I've said from the beginning that I am going to trust the decisions made by actual footballing people before I care about my own opinion on things, it's short sighted to not let them do their jobs and throw a tantrum over it.
