    Thomas has ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL TECHNIQUES OF ANY JAVELIN THROWER THROUGH OUT HISTORY, HE'S ABSOLUTE PROOF U DONT HAVE TOO BE MASSIVE TOO THROW THE JAVELIN, ITS ALL ABOUT TECHNIQUE AND THE ABSOLUTE USE OF YOUR FAST TWITCH MUSCLE FIBRES, THAT IS AN EXPLOSION IN THE FINAL SECONDS OF THE " PERFECT THROW" .. GOOD LUCK THOMAS, I BELIEVE YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY WIN A MEDAL IN THE OLYMPICS JAVELIN FINAL IN TOKYO!!

      Vetter is a strong guy but Rohler easily outperforms him.

      Guess what guys, an indian came out of nowhere and win the gold medal.

    question about the last steps, you run in straight line but looks like last throw foot placement is much further to the right, and the block foot is placed a bit further to the left, like the run hooks a bit at the end.

      Average highschool male kids in a tournament go around 40-45m with good ones reaching 50. So if you are 16 then it's decent, if you are 25 then it's not that decent , if you are 45 then it's decent. If you are a woman , it's great

    So during his talk the front foot was turned in but during competition, it was pointed towards the throw. Which one?

    • @atikameg73
      @atikameg73 3 года назад +3

      I noticed that, tooo! Definitely not turned in as he demonstrated, because you want it to be easy to drive off the rear leg and rotate the hip. But I was surprised at how far he turned his foot out in the competition clip.
