This has got to be one of the fastest builds we have seen with our engine! We are thrilled to see the finished build. Can not wait to see the MPH you are getting with this build, as you mentioned when you maxed out the throttle the torque converter kicks in. Overall, awesome video and glad you are getting the most out of our engine!
Wait til you see what we do with the second 440cc engine!

I don't know how you guys popped up on my page, but I'm glad you did. This thing is awesome and looks super quick!
The recent surge and interest in these mini Jeeps brought here. Your mods need to be turned into a “kit” or people need to send their jeeps to you😂. C90 adventures needs to get with you guys have you convert his and try that Moab trip again. 😉
This is an incredible build. Looking forward to seeing more.
Subbed, liked, and and clicked the bell.
ABSOLUTELY agree, and as a Kit they could sell as a complete kit OR by sections that could be modified in different assembly forms, like rear suspension only, steering only etc.
Not disappointed I clicked the add.
@c90adventures needs this for his next attempt at going across moab or wherever he chooses in a mini jeep.
Cool modifications guys.
this is just what i was looking for as i wanted to get a mini jeep but 10HP wasnt going to cut it !!
this thing is built so freakin good now, its sure to last a lifetime for someone
Man good stuff. You guys are cool together, do great work and excellent videography and editing. Enjoyable to watch. I think with more content (especially like a popular build/car or something a lot of guys wrench on) your going to blow up and sub count will go through the roof! Good job fellas, subbed, I wanna see more of this build.
Chassis looks great!
😂😂😂😂😂😂its incredible how those flimsy chairs hold you guys loved the channel ❤❤❤❤😊😊😊
Clean work
Just found the channel I love it man y’all keep it up
Awesome
You guys should build and sell these better made jeeps...
People will pay for quality...!!!!!!
Oh, did I mention that you would sell more of these jeeps because they are MADE IN AMERICA....
You had me at McHooligans. If you look up the phrase "bigger toys for bigger boys", it goes to this channel.
Hiem joints and a track bar are a must on these wide Chinese carts. It is impossible to keep a swing arm from breaking when the entire weight is transferred from one wheel to another on every bump. After a mile of welding wire and ton of mods I finally had my kids fairly trouble free.
Subscribed for the mini jeep.... I'm pretty sure I can Street legal it in my area so... 🎉😅
please i need you help to add a mini alternator on my 18hp duromax wiring diagram do i need to eliminator n wire from the engine
Will It Make It To MOAB?
I really like the mods up to the point where you lost reverse in the process. That's going to severely limit what you can do out in the woods (or backing up to a trailer, now that you have a receiver hitch)? Go Power Sports makes a couple of different fwd/rev boxes that you could use to alleviate that problem though.😉 Nice work you guys!😊
Reverse box on an 18hp is questionable at best, plus no place to put one (we looked) - Trailer coming soon....It will all make sense in the end 😁
Hi a like ur rebuild up grades. I'm 3'10 was thinking about getting one of them jeeps. Now I know how to up grades mine.
I was wondering the same. I have a buggy and would like to adapt an alternator to. What type of alternator are you guys running on the Duramax.
It's a Mini 1 wire alternator 35 AMP. Part number: 1002111660
What was the exact engine, i might do this too.
Need help. I’m making one like this. How did you run the chain? My drive axel hangs way too far to the right and doesn’t line up
We moved the sprocket to the other side of the axle flange then positioned the engine to align it.
FIRST CLASS setup, I have ONE simple question, will ANY Predator H.F. engine bolt in as a replacement for the factory one?
Honda clone engines are not a bolt in replacement
Dosnt that engine come with a charging system ? Or is it not enough to run what you plan on putting on the jeep?
The factory "charging system" is 1-2 amp output, barely enough to keep a small battery charged, The alternator is rated at 30 amps.
Maybe try a harbor freight predator ghost racing engine. Supposedly a 212cc 10hp.
Turbo next?
is the engine governed still at 3600rpm? i heard your not supposed to use a torque converter on a governed engine.
The engine is governed to 3800 and the torque converter is rated for use at that speed, you can change weights and springs to adjust .
Great video and coverage of your project. Not sure how y’all can afford it after the food bills. 😂😂😂
What kind of pulley is on the engine for the alternator?
We're getting alot of questions about this. There's footage of making it, so we'll put a video together showing what we've done.
What did the motor cost you ?
Around the $400 range, torque converter and backing plate were another $350
Just started watching you guys, are you father and son? If so, awesome stuff. Nothing in life really beats that.
Me and both my sons, one behind the camera.
how did you get a v belt pulley on the engine side of the cvt?
We're getting alot of questions about this. There's footage of making it, so we'll put a video together showing what we've done.
@@milesmac00 okay, i appreciate it
info on what alternator you used??
It's a Mini 1 wire alternator 35 AMP. Part number: 1002111660
The two men that literally know everything, (mad respect statement) what they have purposely forgotten is no longer pertinent to man’s existence here on earth. I didn’t want a mini jeep but now I want their mini jeep manufactured absolute! I’m sure nasa will be calling soon or is that your current day job. Either way the mini jeep company should fire everyone on payroll and hire just you two.
Funny, we both work in the aviation industry :)
Maybe add some links to parts sources so others can follow your lead.
😂 awesome
I would have used a quad engine. You lost reverse. You need reverse in the woods. Guess the free engine was the deciding factor. Nice build otherwise.
No free engine, but stay tuned for more, you'll see why we went this direction. 😁
How much do you want for it?
How much you got 😂
Build something ya fit in boys?
Could have just put on an Aussie accent and steered from the passenger seat. 😁
@c90adventures you need this
Brother a 300ex motor would have been way easier 😅
Sorry, we don't do easy 😁
I've got a coolster jeep, I've had it 5 years and abused the crap out of it...stock motor...ditched the fuel pump never moved the tank with 0 issues and the tank will run until there isn't a drop left...the float bowl scrues drilled and tapped and small carb mods..it does 45 mph on 104 race gas...small amount of chain slap...this is with 300 lbs in it
Calling a removal a deletion is a trend in automotive communities that had played out.
That thing is gonna be a major PITA to steer at any speed higher than a crawl.
Jeeps were the original off road vehicles made to crawl through mud and snow not built for speed.
all that skill and doesnt own socks...
All that work and you notice socks? This is not a cosmetic channel Sally!
Almost could have just built one from the floor up.
Coming soon 😉
You can get email at napa
With 18hp and 26 ft lbs of torque i feel like yall should be able to go about 60mph is it because theres no transmission to make better use of the power of that engine
40 is fast enough😛 Thinking about slowing it down for more torque off-road.
@milesmac00 when I build one next year I'm making it as fast as I can lmao after I work out the steering, suspension and weight
